This is the second day I have come to pickup my groceries at Walmart and the service has been terrible. I understand the first time there was a set back nation wide, but I waited two days to replace my order and come to pick it up at 6 and I’m still here at 8:30. I have called multiple times to check on my order and they continuously say they will have it out in about 5 min. On another hand, while I’m sitting in the parking lot waiting for my groceries new cars are pulling in and getting their groceries and leaving. This is absolutely ridiculous and poor costumer service. I strongly recommend getting your groceries yourself.

I am writing this review for my girlfriend Sandra. This review is concerning the Brent AL Walmart Store# 425. Sandra has been an employee of Walmart for 5 years and was transferring from another Walmart to this one. She is/was a Pharmacy Tech. She left the Walmart she transferred from in good standing when she moved to this area. Her past manager and coworkers have nothing but good things to say about her and her job performance. On March 7th 2022, Sandra was hired by Tracey Richardson that works in the HR department at the Brent AL Walmart. The position she was hired for was apparel. Far from being a Pharmacy Tech she still accepted the job and was willing to do it. She was hoping to work at this store since it is only 6 minutes from the house. To work there and eventually move up and possibly become a Pharmacy Tech one day, when they have an open position! The day of orientation on March 7th she arrived at the Walmart on time and was asked to wait because there was an unannounced conference call that came in. Sandra waited patiently for a little over an hour. Then finally Tracey Richardson was finished with the conference call. Tracey tried getting Sandra logged into the system and there was some kind of system error. Tracey said to check back in 24 to 48 hours to see if customer service had fixed the issue. 48 hours past and still no go, multiple tickets have been submitted with the tech department without any luck. It is now 3 weeks later and the issue still hasn’t been fixed. UPDATE: 4/5/22 After reporting what has happened to headquarters in Arkansas, Sandra has started working at the Brent AL Walmart. They finally got the issue with the Walmart system fixed. Sandra had a good first day and is feeling better about working at the Brent AL Walmart.

I love the self check out BUT the only ones that stay open are the express self check outs. Very seldom are the ones with conveyor belt open. And there is never more than 2 cashiers, they don't know how to properly bag groceries and the line is very long. What is the point of having self check out if they are always closed. The conveyor belt self check outs should always be open, don't need all of the express self check outs open. And by the way, climbing the shelves has become an art because the shelves are too high for average people to get anything off of the top shelf. And there is never an associate around to assist.

I usually don't leave reviews but this is the second time. At one point this store was very friendly atmosphere but I've recently had multiple instances of employees making me uncomfortable. At first it was employees "making fun" of my curly hair and calling other employees to stare and laugh. I ignored this because some people don't understand those that are different from them. It escalated when I went to self checkout out and the man working took one look at me and immediately left his spot and stood behind me, he then went to the register next to mine and started staring at my hands and making me uncomfortable, my mother returned at that point and I explained what was happening and she took over bagging and anytime he could stare at our hands he would switch positions to stare at our hands this kept going until he notice my mom had him on video (anytime we would look at him he would fingd the nearest person that was white and asked them how their day was going) my mom spoke with his manager as apparently this isn't the first time he had been reported for this behavior and the manager handled the situation. I visited recently and a older women did the same thing she took one look at me , crossed the room , got uncomfortably close and went to the register next to mine to stare at me. At this point I'm just really disappointed as all I wanted to do was shop and pay for my groceries like anyone else instead of being treated like a criminal or thief.

Ok, if anyone saw this review just know that I'm revising it. I use to like this Walmart but ever since the start of the Pandemic things have gotten a bit off track. Can't go here at one peace. Use to be able to go here with peace and quiet. That all changed. I've visited this store quite often and for some reason it feels like bad luck always seems to find me. You've got some people that don't care and some that are looking to start something to try and get attention. What ever happened to decency and respect? Sure, makes me wonder. I was in Walmart tonight just trying to add some money to my cashapp card but I couldn't get any help! Workers saw me standing there but none would come help me! And then when someone finally came over, they had an attitude and told me to go to customer service but they were already closed. And she knew that. I never did get any help so I just left. But this Walmart needs to retrain their employees on customer service. complete laziness. It would take no extra effort to scan the dang barcode on my phone and put the money into the register!

Recommend customer service help. On January 29 we had a person with us for whom we needed a wheelchair. On the on 2 small wheels the rubber was disconnected from the wheels. Could not repair. Asked woman at front door where we could get one that worked. She just shrugged her shoulders and moved away. I then assumed she was security. My adult son tried to find one at another entrance to no avail. He took the broken chair to customer service to turn it in for repair. The reps there had absolutely no interest in what he was attempting to do So he pulled it off to the side and we attempted to shop with a walker we had in the car.

The associates are not friendly nor professional. This appears to be a pattern at nearly every Walmart we have gone too with the exception of Hamilton Walmart. The associates there were friendly and helpful but at the others the associates rarely answer back when you address them leaving you to feel ignored. The cashiers do not address you unless you speak first then they don’t always answer if you ask, “how are they doing.” There was two associates that talked the entire time while we were checking out and it was clearly not work related as one cussed in front of my daughter and I. The way the associates treat customers as a bother makes me dread going there but Walmart is the nearest store for us.

Since Covid hit and it became available in our tiny town, I have been using the Grocery Pick-up service. The folks they have working back there are phenomenal! I have yet to have a bad experience. What I order is always there unless, it is out of stock in which case they find a suitable substitution. My produce is always fresh, like I would have picked for myself. My cold stuff is cold. My eggs and bread are given extra care to not be damaged. Thank you so much for making this service available and staffing it with the very best!

Better than surrounding Walmarts, but really need to work on hiring. I read a "walk in for on the spot hiring" for days, tried to do so, between that and the Robertsdale one, the didn't seem very in need. I went back probably 5x a piece each. HR/Hiring lady was never there or had left early today, or teaching new employees. Just ridiculous. Then when they called me (once) none of the positions advertised were open. Just bs 10-11 per hr jobs, which we all know, nobody can live on. If CVS and Chick-fil-A can pay 15, we ALL know Walmart can do better. Also, worst pharmacy I've ever seen only 1 time have I been there without a mistake made, or to be told a prescription I was notified was complete was not.

They have some great looking embrodiery machines. I just paid $3,224 plus ,$1 000 for my Bernina trade in, for a Bernina 535E "sewing/embrodiery computer" when I should have spent $385 for a Brother's sewing machine with embroidery features. The thing about Bernina, which is very expensive, is that Bernina is for professional people in the business of making and selling embroidery items in a business. Bernina is not for ordinary people like me who sew once or twice a year or every two years or so. I should have purchased the Brothers embroidery machine for $385 or $254 and not the Bernina 535E for $4224. Anyone who wants to pay $4,224 for it, let me know.

I used to think high of this place, but today changed that. Went to pickup, as soon as I parked and checked in, I got a phone call. They couldn't bring it out because it was lightning. They requested I come inside or come back later. First, if I wanted to come inside I wouldn't of placed an order. Thre needs to be more help scanning and bagging groceries. 2 is not enough. I cant do it all myself anymore due to disc disease, its hard enough to get the groceries put them in the cart then get to a register and unload all the groceries and scan and bag them and load them back to the cart then out to the parking lot and load bags in the car, drive home unload the bags again into the house and unbag and put it all away. Don’t do grocery pick up from this location. Twice they’ve made me come back hours after the scheduled time. The 2nd time it happened, it took 5 hours and 5 phone calls. One team lead hung up on me! I made two trips there and back that day (40 minutes round trip) and never got my groceries! By the 5th call I was on the phone for 30 minutes before even speaking to a team lead and never got to speak to a manager. I’ll drive a little further to save time overall in the future.

My husband, Merle McDowell had an experience with an associate where he buys his Vuse brand refills, 3 pkg about every 2 weeks. Each pkg is about $12. This occurred either July 6 or 13 2022. The associate put the three pkg in a bag. When he opened the bag one pkg was open and 1 refill was missing. He went back to discuss this at the counter and was told they could do nothing. He does not have the reciept but he paid with a card as always. This associate has short blond hair, early 20s. He tried the website for feedback and was unable to send it to corporate because of website issues. So, now we had to do this publicly. He would appreciate this store contacting him concerning this.

This has got to be the worst store around and I am not going to blame the employees. It is the management and Walmart in general. The selves are bare and look like someone went through and just tossed merchandise everywhere. The bathrooms are filthy and out of order most of the time. The carts there are so bad, I am really considering a medical suit against them for damage to my hip. Don’t understand why they cannot maintain the carts and have them suitable for the age of the clientele of the area. Like I said Walmart is terrible in Alexander City poor merchandise if any to be had and just plain dirty. It looks like it is just waiting to close down.

I just moved to the area last year and I mostly try to park in the Automotive center because there are 2 handicap parking spaces there. I have a 4 “peace of rebar in my side that has been there for 16 years because of where it’s at it’s to risky if a surgery. They tell me I’m not allowed to park there because it’s reserved for “AUTOMOTIVE CUSTOMER’S ONLY. I have complained to the Automotive manager and the store manager and even the home office. Just like any other walmart I suppose. The drawback is pretty much only self checkout available and only if you're paying with card. If you intend to use cash and/or be checked out by a cashier, your chances of a successful shopping visit decrease immensely.

This is a nice Walmart. However the staff has started to get on my nerves because I am a clearance scanner. I use the app to scan items to find items that have been reduced to below $3. I assume that because my items are so inexpensive when I check out, they thought I was stealing or miss canning or something. A couple if months ago, they surrounded me and acted as if they thought I was stealing. They took every item from me and scanned every tag /label on them. When the tags matched theC scanned price which was often ad l8w as $.50, they called in more assistance to go through my items again. I wad surrounded publicly by clerks, customer service people, security and managers. It was totally humiliating n9tbto mention time consuming. This has now happened many times. In fact every single time I have checked out since. Always no issues. Tags match price. But they keep surrounding me and going through all of my items when I check out. It has gotten to point that when I see them coming I just hand them my buggy. The first couple of times they did this I was kind and patient. Now they do it everytime I check out which not only slows my checkout time, it is quite embarrassing as other people that I often know give me that knowing look like ooh she was shoplifting which I absolutely was NOT!!! The staff has harassed me like this every single time I have checked out for over 2 months now. Not to mention they follow me around the store. I have never stolen anything nor intended to. I am simply a bargain hunter. But I am being made to look and feel like a thief. It is absolutely ridiculous at this point. They are totally harassing me without cause. My items have been verified when they check me out so why do they continue to harass and bully me everytime I go in the store? Because of the ridiculousness of the staff's behavior, I gave them a 1. I have NEVER EVER been so humiliated by a business establishment in my life. They owe me for the damage they have done to my reputation and people's assessment of my character.

Wasn't real happy with this Walmart here in Alexander City Alabama not today anyway I went in to buy some fruit trees to put out and most all of their flowers and plants were dying they look like they haven't been watered in days and I know it's not just this store but all the Walmart store that their tire department is down I really wish they would get it open back up I mean I can understand the Coronavirus but if no more dangerous than the store being open how much get it back open people, when I was there tonight 3/20/22 the store looked well stocked, I'm not sure about the food section but the rest of the store was stocked. I am disabled and need a mobile cart, I was lucky and found one in the parking lot but they have a room just to the right when you get in the store that has about 12 carts that are broken down. It's always hard to find a cart at any time of the day, you would think they would fix the broken ones or buy some new ones, I mean it's not like Walmart is hurting for money or anything, just get more working carts in this store for goodness sake.

I'm sick of the parking situation. I don't mind giving up a lot of spaces for the handicap parking. In my opinion you should have more. I definitely don't mind giving up spaces for Veterans, pregnant Mothers, law informant or even the employee of the month. My problem is all of the parking we give up for people waiting for their stuff to be delivered to the car. I WILL NOT be made to walk past 15 to 30 empty spots ever again. I HAVE HAD ENOUGH!! Move the unable or unwilling to go inside customers sitting in their cars out of the way for the willing and able customers trying to shop. I recommend putting them in the back of the lot or on the side of the store. Out of the way.

I have always enjoyed grocery delivery due to unable to shop. However today’s experience was poor. First showing a picture of groceries in the truck of a car does not mean delivery to the right house. My groceries were not delivered to the right house. We had to drive the neighborhood to find them. Called the delivery and pick up to explain and just said sorry. This was a large grocery order. Bread, tortilla wraps torn and smashed. Thanks for the refund at least. The drivers should at least show picture of house so if lost the customer can find them. Or use gps hose number on fence by driveway. Hopefully better service in future.

Do NOT work at PELL CITY walmart! I was an employee a good while ago and they do not treat their workers fairly. Especially the managers being that there was ONE kid that was getting picked on. I put my Walmart pick up order in the night before. To be picked up the following day at 7 pm. When I arrive the app. said there was a delay. I spoke with one of employees that bring out the items. He said that there was 3 people to shop and carry out. They had not started shopping for 7p orders and one person was the only one shopping. I left, came back when my order notified me it was ready. This was 15/20 till. Sent my parking number in, Got the message someone would be out shot. About 4 minutes till, I went in the store no manager and no one that showed any concern. Left again no grocery. Poor business practices.

My husband and I used to come here quite often, spent a lot money here But, now it seems we aren't even allowed to park here anymore, You see we are Truckers, this truck is our home we're in it 24/7 and when we need to buy groceries or other supplies This Walmart was always our go to until we were told we couldn't. I'm not sure of the reason I'm just really disappointed. I've heard multiple rumors like we're trashy or the manager doesn't like our kind or we take up too much space, the list goes on.. I can promise you speaking for myself and my husband we aren't trashy and you can't punish all of us for something a few may have done I've witnessed ppl in cars putting their trash in buggies and leaving them in the area where we used to park to make it look like it was us, and there had never been so many of us parked there at one time that they're wasn't enough space for other customers and I couldn't care less if the manager doesn't like us, he's irelavent in our lives. I just hope Walmart realizes how much money they are losing by not letting us park the anymore..

Online grocery pickup at Pell City Alabama is awful. I ordered and received a text saying my order was ready for pickup. Got there waited 15 minutes (while other people were pulling in after me and getting their order) when I asked one of the pickers what was going on she said that they were picking a item that had been left out (how is that possible after receiving pickup ready conformation)When I called a manager she said my drink flavors (10 boxes) had been misplaced that it had happened a lot this week and they had no more to replace them. At that point I canceled my order I only had juice left.. I will not use grocery pickup again.

Stopped for tires that were said stocked at the pell city location twice. I set an appointment for getting tires balanced and mounted. Got to the store and was refused service. Found several nails, in the parking lot, near the service doors. Tire manager was rude and refused to sell tires that were in stock at the store. Trash on the floor. Glass broken out of cooler doors. Place is a dump and looks like a health hazard.

This is a store that needs help stocking as it seems when I travel thru a lot and tend to stop by at night often on my way in home it’s hardly stocked with what I need at times that I have to go to the next city over to get my necessities. This store is ridiculous. That is all I can say to explain this Walmart and the employees. We went in to buy an item that showed one price online, said in stock and could pick up today. We get to the store and find the item, same barcode and everything but rings up a whole $12 more. The only thing I didn't like was when it got time for them to close, We headed to check out. I had to run grab 1 thing I forgot and my boyfriend went on. At self checkout the lady literally told him go get another buggy to put your groceries in and I got this. Now I know to some that's no big deal but we use self checkout everytime bc we like our groceries bagged a certain way. We separate cold from not, ect. When he returns with the buggy he politely tried explaining to her he would do it and why but she literally continued to talk over him and totally ignore what he tried saying. I get it's time for them to close. It's not like we were in there 10 minutes past time for them to shut down. As soon as they said 10 mins til closing he headed to self checkout. She actually told him " I feel like this is my job not yours" all the while him trying to explain he wanted our stuff bagged a certain way. Last but not least, since when did it become their job to check you out AT THE SELF CHECKOUT 🤔

It's just ok nothing fabulous.Pricing on the rise. Few employees that are actually available to ask help from. Seldom are there more than one long belt cash registers open, mostly self checkout with 3+ employees and the recipe checkers at the exit really need the proper technology so they can scan the recipe and items. Walmart needs to re-think the self check out! It is supposed to be a convenience but when you only have 2 checkers with 8 to 10 people in the line and associates demand you go to self checkout and you have an over loaded buggy it takes A VERY LONG TIME! You need people who are being paid to check out, people don't like self checkout except when they only have one or two products and it would be quicker than the checkout line!

I had to take a moment to give praise when it's due! This post is long overdue. I can honestly say this Walmart is the best one that has remained consistent in customer service. I came into the store after a hard day at work. I immediately was greeted by the friendliest door greeter- Joey. I've met with him several times and he remembers my face and ALWAYS have a smile on his face. After chatting with him, I began to feel better as I looked around. I have to remind myself to stay away from him because he makes me spend too much money. Later on after being in there for at least an hour, I went back to previous aisles looking for kitchen items that I could not find. I felt as if I had hit the jackpot because Mr. Ken, assistant manager I believe, noticed me looking desperately up and down aisles, and he politely asked me if he could help me. After taking me directly to it. As I was preparing to leave, the store was packed and a line was starting to form. Mr. Ken noticed the line forming and I, feeling like we are BFF's at this point since he helped me, asked if another lane could be opened. He looked at me and said yes ma'am and went towards the front. At this point I felt like I had a real connection with Mr. Ken as I gave a thumbs up to the other customers. He came back and announced which check out was open. Ok, I'm feeling super important as I thanked him loudly hoping that the other customers would hear. Now, the best part of my day. Ms. Cynthia checked me out!! As I floated to the register as the first customer, I realized I knew her but hadn't seen her in a long time. She explained the changes in the store hours resulted in her schedule. She is the best. I had the best experience. Shout out to my new friend, Ms. Brandy Mcnat, who was super nice and helped me the last two times I came in. Also, I love All the pharmacy staff.

Store was extremely busy and for handicapped individuals shopping is difficult in a store this large without a autocart. Several of the handicapped carts aren't currently in service and has been so for several months. Getting more updated auto carts or doing a better job making sure the ones that are available are charged up and not in parking lot would provide a better experience. Also if you are going to push customers toward self checkout having more than one attendant to assist for things that require age verification would also be helpful

People can say all the want to about Walmart. The bottom line is this..... we all shop there. We all enjoy the low prices, the selection, the easy returns. We should all be NICER to our local Walmart employees. There's constant leadership changes, the CEO gets all the money and the associates have to put up with the brunt of the hardships. Our Freeport store has some of the most dedicated and THE NICEST employees around!! I for one, am thankful for our store. They were on the front lines during Covid, kept us safe, and stayed open. Unpon getting to Walmart at 6 pm I went to the hot food section. The sign said they would be back at 7:50 or ring for help. Pressed the button and no one came. Went to go find a worker and apparently no else in the store will do the hot food for you beside the one person on break until 7:50. The one worker said she would be back at 6:30. So went and got some groceries it's now 6:45 and still no one there and no one will help us to get the hot food. Terrible service and no one I talked to was willing to help us get hot food

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE!!! There is no inspection of items that get returned!!! I bought an instant pot that was ON THE FRONT OF THE SHELF. Well folks, turns out it was not an instant pot after all!! Instead, it was a JCPenny 5 quart pressure cooker that was put in an instant pot box. Not to mention it’s heavily damaged with scratches and dents and missing buttons. When I called customer service, the manager hung up on me because I didn’t have immediate access to the receipt. Freeport, Walmart please do better.

Okay dude straight up this is my favorite Walmart to go too. They normally have every thing I'm looking for and then some. Not only that they also have the best deal on groceries! It's wild honestly. Often they have some pretty good deals on electronics here I normally feel like I can save a few bucks getting stuff here compared to even other walmarts. However it does have it's downs because this store get busy like real busy and sometimes the shelves are born dry empty. I mean that's just how it is when you're dealing with a mass flux of people but I have no problem dealing with that I'm just warning you if you're not a people person or hate waiting in line than you maybe want to go to a different Walmart because this one almost always have a lot of people here. Regardless I reslly enjoy shopping here and I don't plan on stopping so I highly recommend especially if you're in the columbus area.

The store itself is great without question. But the bakery, not so much. In the last couple months I have purchased the Long John's 3 x. Today was the last try. They are supposed to be full of cream filling or Fluff as they call it. But they unfortunately are filled with a pale yellow gritty substance. Today's was so hollow you could see all the way through the donut and see light peeking through the tiny hole at the other end. Yellowish gritty substance lining the walls. I tried to eat a bite but it was just too gross, like sugar that was not dissolved properly. I'm not sure what the issue is with this particular donut but 3 tries was enough. We will not be purchasing baked goods from this store again. You would think the supervisor of the bakery would be checking the work of new employees if that's the reason, but I guess not.

Everything you need good prices, but I went at 7:00 p.m. and all that was open where the self checkouts. And when people have full grocery carts takes forever to get through and then there are always issues with the scanners. I was fourth in line with one item and it took me almost 15 minutes to check out. With amount of people in the store you can just rely on eight scanners I saw two weren't working. If it's going to take this long to check out with one item I'll try again some other time but I will probably start going to Meijer.

I was doing some shopping and ran into a young lady who was very courteous and asked if anyone was working in electronics. She said she would send someone over. Typical Walmart in terms of selection, cleanliness, parking and the number of customers. Where this visit fell flat was the checkout line.... Self checkout took 20 minutes, and there was not more than 5 people in front of me.... Equipment was not working, the one associate helping people was busy with every transaction, and the lines at the regular checkout were just as bad. A quick stop turned into a car too long wait. I'd use them again if I really needed to, but would not make a special trip to this particular Walmart.

I don't like that Walmart as with many other retail stores have no checkout lanes that are staffed and we are forced to do self checkout with one associate yo assistant if there is a scanning error or issue and most times that associate isn't focused on their area causing a back up

Better of late...shelf prices don't meet cashier prices...I asked for assistance from 4 store employees all but one answered my dumb question..thank you young lady and she was a shelf stocker..was busy..when the others just keep zig sagging around...I think there were trying to loose me. .lol..I looked and asked for a hand basket..I was told no..then I had a cart that was noisier the a beater with no muffler..and it drove on 3 wheels at best.. lol..there is a photo stating that if you leave past this point there carts will be disabled...damm...I think they are just saying that..because there all disabled before you start shopping..lol..and if that's true how come parking lot cop...that is automated doest notify the security that's following in the store..or the madmaxx security vehicles that are running around with there light flashing..lol...I really do try to go infast and get the he'll out of there..I can even do that..lol..😲😳🥺😥🤑

Great place to buy Alaskan gifts and things to remember Alaska for cheap if your are visiting Alaska. They have a ton of gift options like Alaska specific T-shirts, hats, socks, cups and other small gift items to choose from. Being a Walmart, it is the best and possibly cheapest place for a tourist to stop and stock up snacks, get gear and also alcohol (they sell liquor inside). Ample parking space for both cars and large vans.

Bought a bathroom shelving unit. Came with all the parts and also the parts needed to completely secure it to my wall. That's a great thing in Alaska where earthquakes can hit anytime. That may sound like a small thing but I work in customer service for a retail company that has constant returns because of missing parts. Very happy with this purchase.

WOW! Today, Aug.14,2022 I was quite surprised to see the store not to busy and the employees were stocking up the shelves in every department. The store looked clean and the shelves were pretty much full everywhere. Self checkouts were busy, but they only open up 2 normal registers, which I totally disagree with. The prices are way up, and yet they want you to scan, bag and pay for increased costs and yet take away the ONLY convenience that the store used to have. Oh well, haha, the store looked good.

Be careful driving though the parking lot. If someone is pushing carts they will likely walk in front of your car without warning or looking. Then if you say something the employee just accuses you of driving too fast instead of managing their own safety

Don't go to this walmart unless you want your car infested with roaches. We bought our dinner here and slept in our car in the parking lot. We left quickly! If you stand in the parking lot after the sun goes down, you will notice the entire parking lot is crawling with roaches. I really expected better from a walmart.

I've never been a fan of that store, I attempted to shop their few times due the lack of sufficient market places in the city of Maricopa. Once I ordered lamb steaks and received rice pudding. Recently, I attempted to return an item, bought from walmart.com market place, and my return was not accepted for being unboxed. The people behind the counter were made believe that it is customer responsibility to pack the return in a shipping box, according to their return policy. However, there is no such policy and if you are a Walmart customer subjugated to follow such rules you simply are being bullied. I have wasted 1h of my time speaking to a manager, Thenisha, who was not able to show me a Walmart policy mandating the customers to package their own returns. After being on the phone for awhile, she told me that I can keep the item [$27] and would receive a credit to the original purchase method. Needless to say thus never occurred.

I visited Walmart on June 17th and spoke to some T-Mobile representatives about getting a phone on a plan. I spoke to Vicky in the electronics area. She was extremely helpful and answered any questions I had as it's the first time I've been on a month to month phone plan. Vicky was very nice and informative about all aspects of the phone including it's storage size, prices, brands, and extra features. She also talked me through warranty, phone cases, chargers, and service. I really appreciated her help in getting my phone and wanted to express that thankfulness. She was very attentive and I do know I'll be going back in the next few months to add a second phone to my plan as well as a possible hotspot upgrade.

Good costomer service for the most part and good shelf keeping in all departments but new "civilian" dressed security lady is a joke at best. I didnt get a chance to get her name during any of my encounters with her as she wears no name tag. she called the police of me several times under the impression that I was someone else who had apparently been caught/arrested/trespassed from the store. After several encounters with her consisting only of me noticing her fallowing me out of the store, giving my description to police via phone call I was confronted in store by 2 police officers and without reason trespassed from the store after confirming I was in fact not the previous perpetrator. Idk how this is morally just considering I have done nothing wrong and it is, for thr most part the only place to find many things within my smaller sized town. I guess just its too much to pay closer attention to detail or simply ask for my ld ect.

No problems with this super W. Nice grocery store and just about everything you could ask for. Yeah, there are so empty spots, like adult coloring book, no much left when I was there. Plenty of produce though. Rv parking is allowed up to 12 hours, so that should not be an issue. Please help keep the parking lot clean. Pick up just one piece of trash on your way into the store. Let's keep this Walmart on our list of places that welcome us RV'ers.

Absolutely the worst. I feel really sorry for the poor workers here. You WILL wait at least 30-45 minutes in this nasty Walmart for checkout, so be prepared for that. Dirty, understaffed, smells, everything is so low quality that it is trash, and the workers are grumpy and rude (understandably so). Avoid going here if you can.

The worst managed Walmart, I've ever seen. If you want help at gun counter use the walmart phone at the counter and dial 6150. They send someone down everytime. Never enough people on registers. Called the manager he had every excuse. If we all call walmart and ask for a manager an complain and then go to self checkout and make them scan each item they may learn to put folks on registers. Please join me in demanding better service by calling and forcing checkout monitors to provide customer service. Afterall you don't get employee pricing for working your own register so why would you let them work for then for free.

Great place to shop, they have almost anything and everything that you might need great customer service, they are not usually very busy and there is almost never a line at the self check out, but the cashier check out is a whole different story there is almost always a line and the area is very packed usually. Over all a great place to shop they have groceries, everyday items and an auto department and pretty much anything that you can think of.

We live in another town and stopped here to do a quick shopping. I had gone to the ladies room and I had forgotten to get my iPhone. I passed a female associate when I left the restroom and thought nothing of it. Hours later at home over 50 miles away. I discovered I didn’t have my phone but (find my)located it in the Wal-Mart. I called and identified the phone. The next day I went to pick up my phone. Not only did this associate return my phone when she found it. She returned it with my money that I had in the case. I wanted to give the associate a reward but, associate’s are forbidden from taking monies. To the young lady who returned my phone! Thank you and your honesty and integrity are above and beyond. I wished I knew who you are! You deserve to be recognized for your honesty.

This Walmart employs incompetence. Item listed online and the app for $3 leas than the shelf price. They wouldn't change it claiming it's company policy, then store policy, then whatever they could think of to say that MIGHT make any sense. Yeah, it was only a $3 difference but it really says a lot to value your complete intelligence as a group, of no more than $3. Oh, all of this after a Walmart in Tucson changed the price, no questions asked.

She just cost you a good paying customer I refuse to come to the store again because of Hannah HANNAH IS Rude disrespectful inconsiderate. She is far from being a manager. A manager does not be little other employees in front of customers. Customers don't want to hear it and who does she think she is to humiliate everybody, shame on her. It's Walmart peeps! It had a nice upgrade recently, including lots of self-checkouts. Careful though, some of the customer service team are quick to accuse you of not ringing up things and quick to judge you are a thief. Also, the loss prevention dude that walks the store, creepy man, looks and judges everyone as a thief as well. I've seen him hiding behind things to watch people. The Walmart here in Benson is friendly and clean I'll be it's been sparse on keeping things in stock, the last few months, but I expect that to be with delivery problems with the covid virus. Anyway the staff are usually friendly and very nice and they look united and everything else that goes along with great customer service. Just like I said earlier, the only issue I've ever found is that they don't carry everything all the time so if another store has it they probably won't.

This is a cool Walmart. It’s not too busy but they still have all the stuff needed for a good hike. Groceries and hiking gears are available here. We stopped by a late morning and there were two cashiers; one managing each set of self-checkout kiosks. Sunglasses, knives, batteries, and back packs are not locked up behind glass doors like other Walmarts. If you need a bike, stop be here for the huge selection.

So They only have this as an option here in Page so if you don't like Walmart or they don't have what you want you're kind of really out of luck. They close at 11 PM and they are literally want everybody out by 11 They start looking for you like at 10:50 PM having you go to the registers. So their staff is really eager to get out of there. For the most part they're pretty stocked I believe they carry more outdoor equipment and stuff like that since the area it's in and it's very tourist driven from the lake.

This was the best shopping trip I've ever had. I noticed a lady carefully parking an electric shopping cart near the entrance and wondered if they could be used by anyone, or if you needed some kind of membership. There was nobody around to ask, so I unplugged the one opposite and woosh! I was off…at about 2mph. Cruising around the store was an amazing feeling. One of the wheels was a bit worn which made the shopping cart bump and thump as it whirred along but at least people could hear me coming. The cart also beeped, like a truck, when I reversed it at less than half a mph. My wife found the sight of me on the shopping cart hilarious and almost wet herself laughing. She started videoing me and every time she watches it back she's instantly in stitches. I had her send me a copy of the video so I can play it whenever we've had a big argument as I think it might help us resolve whatever dispute we've had.

Had one single pair of shorts in my size. AND IT'S WALMART.... not long ago, on GA, they let someone use my credit card, while I had the police in the parking lot, and they could see the thief. What they refused to do was point out the effing criminal to the office as he walked by. All good though, they happily returned my $500 and raised they price for everyone else.... yes... their policy is to not engage and just return stolen funds. BRILLIANT... THE ONLY WAY IT WORKS IS IF THEY CHARGE YOU MORE. All walmart locations mean the same to me.

He is this grocery store for all of our Lake Powell needs. They offer pick up which is amazing, and they even have delivery though it is priced higher for houseboats. They really do try to find good substitutes for all your things knowing that most customers are out of towners on vacation and need what they ordered. Today we had two orders picked up and each time the employee was very helpful and friendly. They do limit you on waters. You can have up to 12- 2.5 gallons. We however went inside and got more which is totally fine to do. Walmart is pretty well stocked and doesn't run out of things as much as my local Walmart does. They also have covered parking for pickup orders. This is very helpful when it's often over 100° here. ONE HELPFUL TIDBIT IS THAT IF YOU ARE PICKING UP GROCERIES TO GO ON A HOUSEBOAT BRING EMPTY TUBS TO STORE ALL YOUR GROCERIES. Depending on your order size, bring three to eight empty tubs so you can put all of your grocery bags in there, then when you are loading your equipment into golf cart trailers, it all fits a lot easier and is stackable. This Walmart is really close to Antelope point Marina, had a great stop for last minute things you forgot for your vacation!

This is a review of this Walmart Supercenter in Page, Arizona. I tried to return a bought-in-Walmart foldable chair with store receipt but the return-center Walmart associate did not allow that even though it is STATED in the Walmart Corporate Return policy that all returns are allowed with receipt within 90 days. I had to speak with the Walmart Supercenter Store Manager "Nick" and he did not look kindly to me. He stated that due to this place located near a "resort" area, they cannot allow returns on chairs. My chair was PURCHASED NOT at this area and there was no intention of buying and returning the next day. I think if the chair was PURCHASED at this PAGE, AZ Walmart, then there would be no RETURNS, but this chair was purchased in another state, so this RULE SHOULD NOT APPLY. I think "Nick" the store manager could have given better customer service and returned the chair and instead wasted the customer's time. Also, if that was the case, Nick should have placed a disclaimer or additional information to the RETURN POLICY BOARD located on the top of the Return Area. Please take your business somewhere else! Whiling the associated tried to be professional, Nick was very rude and was staring me down like I was a criminal. Very misleading Return policy!!

Great Wal-Mart able to get what I need. Even though I was running 1 minute tell close are right on 11pm they let me to grab what I need. Reminds me of the commercial when those people lost everything during Christmas and Wal-Mart was there to assist. Plus they didn't follow me around and rush me out saying we're closed just used the intercom for the whole store that they were closing politely.

Now we all know that we have lowered our expectations a lot when we enter Walmart, but this one actually surprised me. We walked up to the counter waited a couple of people and then we were through. We did have to go over to the service counter, and you’re not gonna believe this again, but there were three people working at. All at the same time! A typical Walmart with plenty of parking space. There's not a lot you can say about the inside of a Walmart as the all seem to be very similar. There was plenty of choice on offer and loads of chilled beers. Freshly baked bread was available and a good selection of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as many other goods on sale.

Hey all, shop at Lin’s. It is less than a mile away and there are always 6 self check out spots. The staff at Lin’s is amazing! I can’t even begin to explain how incredibly rude and mean the check person was to me on 8/4 around 945. I have a hearing issue when in large stores that are crowded with lots of background noice. The place had 4 self check out going and 1 lane not self check out. I waited 5 minutes to do self checkout. The young woman working came over to handle an issue. Then she made fun of me when I could understand her question. She harassed an older couple before me. I guess it was my turn. Walmart your staff is rude!

Other locations have switched to mostly ALL self-checkout and if you have a basket full of stuff, it's annoying to check YOURSELF out on such a small platform. Whose idea was THAT, anyway?? Your customer service sucks. Your csm's are lazy and would rather talk to each other then deal with any customers. Found a shirt on the clearance rack with several others like it. When checking out up front the employee rang it up and we told him it was wrong to which he shrugged his shoulders and said oh well. When I asked one of the csm's for help she shrugged me off and started talking to another csm. So we told the employee we didn't want the shirt and he mumbled under his breath whatever and acted put out. When we paid for our stuff and were headed to the west side doors as we passed the csm's they both mumbled something underneath their breath that I couldn't. Quite hear. Walmart do better or hire employees who actually care about customer service.

Finally my daughter went to customer service and they just dissed her. Ignored her when she said how bad it was. That was uncool. Went to get a banner made. They can do 24" X 36" in the store, which was perfect. Calvin was working in the electronics department. He was more than helpful and just a delight. While I found the info I needed from my phone, he helped other people, even helped another person outside of his department, always with a smile. Hey have great clearance and are mostly clean…. But the family bathroom is super dirty and gross and the workers are always using it. Which is a problem when your 3 year old has to go to the bathroom and you have a baby with you. Almost every time we go to use the family restroom one of their employees is in there taking their sweet time.

We (my 70+ year old parents, father a veteran, sporting his veteran shirt & hat, walking w/a cane) had a beautiful heart warming experience at your store today w/one of your employees who chose to go above & beyond. My mother & I were checking out at the register talking about the rain, hoping we'd get more- Suddenly we could all hear it pouring down like crazy on the Walmart store from inside. When we were walking out, we noticed employees recording it on their cellphones cuz it was A LOT of rain. I would've too had I not seen my 70+ year old father in the middle of the road, fighting through the wind & rain w/his cane trying to get back inside the store- He'd forgotten to grab the keys from my mom- I ran out to assist him, then realized I didn't have the keys either.. So I ran back to grab them & out runs this employee w/an umbrella as I'm getting soaked too attempting to open the car door w/the key fob- The employee takes my father by the arm, walks him to the car, gets him inside, then assists my mother inside, then comes & assists me w/the soaked groceries. We were laughing because we were all soaking wet like we'd stood in the shower fully dressed. He was awesome! We were all extremely grateful that employee chose to assist us when he did... I called the management & told them about the experience today & thanked them for it- In my opinion that kid deserves to be in management. That's what shopping at Walmart's supposed to be like. My father's had several strokes & suffers from complex ptsd from Vietnam. He's also had several TBI's, one was a 7 inch skull fracture. He doesn't always walk too well, but enjoys his independence like many of our elderly do. That rain came down fast today- Being a 49 year old woman myself who came out of a wheelchair several year's ago, I was extremely grateful for the assistance today from that young man, as were my parents. The song "We Are The World" from the 80s keeps coming to mind- 😇💗 We deserve more people in the world like that beautiful soul we encountered today. And it was all caught on camera. It has a lot to offer in this store. They could use more self check outs as it will get busier in the future. The bakery had quality desserts and you can also get decent sandwiches there. As like a lot of the super centers, it has free wifi. ●Wal-Mart pay is the fastest and best way to get in and out fast. I hope they get curb side soon.

This Walmart is at a beautiful location, you can see snow-capped mountains. On my maiden visit, the layout appeared different from the usual ones. You are invited by an automatic gate before you hit the item shelf. Neat and well stocked and have a lot of variety to choose from for an item. The deli staff was friendly so was the hardworking check-out clerk. The only problem was parking you cannot crisscross from one lane to another!

This is a smaller store in comparison to others and is also a little older. It is fine to visit but is always out of a lot of thing. They have a much smaller food section than other Walmarts in the area. There are also traditional checkouts still in place with only a few self checkouts. I prefer to visit others in the area or you may need to visit other stores to get everything you need.

I used the curbside pick up and they were extremely slow. It took 10 minutes for anyone to show up and when they did they loaded my order 1 bag at a time. The groceries were not bagged correctly either.. Some bags had 1 item while other bags had 6-7 cans in them. Bags broke while trying to carry them into the house. I have used this store before and they were not so bad. This experience could have just been bad because of the one employee, however, it should have been a better experience... Have a great day...

This location has lots of potential and overall friendly and organized. This location needs price scanners to improve the checkout experience. I observed a customer who needed 5 items.price checked before they would purchase them. The Walmart app doesn't scan anything that's on Clearance at this location. The Auto Center doesn't have the ability to weigh produce, which caused customers to pay for some items at the Auto Center and the rest at the Main Checkout. This location has a wide variety of Clearance. The restrooms were not very well maintained or properly cleaned. Training and inspections on how to clean a restroom will improve this. I still would recommend this location due to everything else was great!

Literally the worst customer service. I checked in and parked for grocery pickup. 2 items. I put my parking spot number in as I pull up. Wait about 20-25 minutes before a girl walks over to check me in. Then I wait another 12 minutes. Car after car gets their groceries. I make eye contact with every person that is delivering groceries. I ask for a manager, that took another 10 - 15 minutes. I barely even get an apology. This is not the only poor service that my family has experienced. We order groceries for delivery and have them hand it directly to us, if we don't it literally gets delivered to another house. This has happened more than once.

I bought a battery for my truck less than 2 months ago. It started giving me problems so I took it to autozone down the road to get tested and came back as a bad battery. I went to the Walmart in Goodyear was helped by the service manager who also tested the battery and came back as bad battery. He was going to exchange it for me but he did not have it in stock. I went to Rancho Santa fe and they had it in stock. I arrived and Ruth greeted I explained the situation told I would like to exchange my battery. She proceeded to tell me she needed to charge my battery and said the battery took the charge. I explained to her I understand that, the problem is the battery will not hold the charge. She pretty much told me there is nothing she will do and said I cant get a refund or exchange. I have 10+ years experience in automotive, I know what I am talking about. I originally purchased the battery online, so I went to the WM app and started a return. Went to the customer service desk showed the bar code for the return and got it all taken care of in 2 minutes. The lady at customer service was amazing and polite unlike Ruth in the back. Maybe that's why they have her in a less traffic area (who knows) All I wanted was an exchange, I never asked for my money back. After dealing with Ruth I had enough so I did request and receive my money back. I will never come back to this walmart. Ruth seemed like she was not happy to help me, I was being reasonable all I wanted was an exchange. I dont understand how WM has employees that seem like they hate their job. I DO NOT recommend this walmart auto center to anyone!!!

Not a single cashier on duty. For the past several months it’s only been one or two cashiers for all those lanes. Self checkout was the only option this time. Had more than 1 cart. The line sprawled all the way into the produce section. Been a loyal weekly customer for 3 years now. Even tried virtual purchases, too many mistakes, can’t count on it. I can only assume they are moving to 100% self checkout now. Will switch to another supermarket that has cashiers.

Everything you want, nothing you need. Sell things for a while and then quit carrying them. Haven't been able to get packages of chicken breasts for months. Differing shelves are always empty depending on when you go. Price of eggs is ridiculous. Over 5.00 for a dozen and a half. Walmart sucks, I hate their stores.

Went in to get some body wash, deodorant but I really wanted a Lofa with a handle. They don't sell it. So while they advertise they have everything, they don't. I even tried bed bath and beyond which is where I originally purchased it and they no longer sell it except the one with the wooden handle for 25 dollars .

I love the employees here they are helpful and kind and it is easy to find stuff in this store and if you need help you can ask someone and they will stop working on what there doing if you can't find it just to show you or look and see if it is in stock. Wished it stayed open longer and wish there were more cash registers with people instead of self-help or self-checkout although the people that work over by self-checkout are really good about helping you if you have a problem and come and check on you. I just prefer person-to-person interactions even if there's a line.

If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. I do pickup orders all the time. I had placed an order and it says it was ready. I go there and check in. I waited for an hour and a half but then I realized tons of people had already been helped. I figured maybe they were behind or something. So then I call while I’m sitting there and they said they have no order for me. It was the correct store and I said that’s not possible and gave them my order number. They still said there’s no order for me. I asked them to come outside and look at my app so they can see there definitely was an order for tje ash flat store and that I’m checked in for my pickup. The lady goes back in and comes back out and said my name was spelled wrong ( which it was not) that’s why they cancelled my order and put it back. Which is a total lie because my name and it’s spelling are all correct on the app that’s a horrible excuse and very weird to say to a customer. I could see right through it and it bothers me horribly that they would say that and then see me sitting there waiting and checked in and not even at least ask what I was waiting for. They can see on their hand held I was checked in. Not sure what the deal is at this Walmart.

No clothes selection! The workers are nice and helpful when you ask. I'm just so tired of year after year I go to this Wal-Mart hoping to find a swimsuit without having to drive an hour out of the way to get one. Then finding year after year this Walmart never has any selection of swimsuits! We are the nearest Walmart to the Spring river and you'd think we'd have a better selection. All they have this year is $17 bikini tops and $17 bottoms to mix match, a few one pieces and like two tankinis. While I was looking the other day another customer was looking for a tankini also, and she was not happy either! It's ridiculous! Please give a better selection of tankinis! We are not all two piece people. This Walmart never has the more up to date clothes. I can find better in other Walmart stores just never anything here.

I'm long haul truck driver who does alot of grocery shopping, all over the country. This is by far, the best Walmart in the country when it comes to food. Most of the avocados were perfectly ripe (how rare is that?) - produce section was well-stocked, everything looked fresh & ripe. Lots of meat - big selection of wild-caught seafood - everything is clean - friendly employees - this is the best Walmart in the country!!

I love Walmart, no matter where they are. The lay-out is similar everywhere, so you know where the stuff you need is. This one is well stocked, the employees are nice people, and the prices decent (all things considered, these days) It is not as fancy as the one in Springdale- Fayetteville by no means, but you can find all the necessities, and hat is not there can be ordered online and delivered in the Ash Flat store, or at your home. This Wal-Mart does not have a bakery or deli but is extremely clean with friendly staff. Great produce at good prices. Dairy and meats seem to be a little of the prices side. There is also a McDonald's inside with a smaller menu. Lots of checkouts open which is usually not the case for most Wal-Mart's. Everyone seems to really enjoy their job which is a sign of great management.

Had to go find someone to call someone else to come cut fabric for us at the fabric department. After waiting several minutes, the associate we originally asked to call someone, came over and said she wasn't getting a response, but she would be right back to help us, she was waiting on another customer in the electronics dept. Several minutes later she did come back and cut the fabric for us. She was very friendly, apologetic and did the job efficiently. We nearly just left, she made the sale and made us feel like we were more than just a sales number.

I waited around on a haircut and checked the place out. The bathrooms are always clean and there is a friendly environment. If you are hungry and can't wait to get home, you can grab some McDonald's that is inside. Plenty of cashiers and self checkouts ensure that you'll be in and out without a long wait in line.

Unhelpful and unfriendly staff. I remember when customer service was the main tenant of Wal-Mart. Now the attitude has shifted it seems to one of you have to come here. We have crushed every place else so you have to shop here. The self checkout push proves they only care about profit. Dirty, disorganized, unfriendy, and uncaring. Rudest employees lead by a ruder manager/supervisor! I run in, obviously trying to hurry knowing store closes in 15... greeter says, "you have 11 minutes to get what you want." I fast-walked to my items, not too much, but worked up a sweat. Got to register, waited in line at self-check. When it was my turn, and they had seen me standing in line, waiting, an employee cut in front and closed the line down to key herself out. Superviser said something sarcastically to me, "have a great night!" Needless to say, i left my basket right where it was and walked just as fast as i had walked in. Hardly any of them know the new layout of the store, and on weekends-good luck finding an adult associate. In the mornings the employees are not the happiest but they give great service. The produce people were the happiest. The customer return line is really long first thing in the morning. I loved the unique things I found here. Canoes, cakes shaped like hamburgers and ferns. Free wi-fi was great. Very clean store. They have a very modern, hi-tech pick up station for on line store purchase/ in store pick up. I got the one week fishing license from their sports area. It cost me $25 for the lake and $12 for the river to fish there. The river $12 is good for the entire year. That was golden

Visited this store about 30 minutes before closing at 11:00 p.m. and there were only scarce amounts of customers so it was easy to move around the store without lots of foot traffic. Prices are what you'd expect from Walmart and the stock was pretty adequate and filled. I wish the stores were still open 24 hours but this one closes at 11:00 p.m.

They're very helpful. Especially when you are quarantined. I ordered our groceries through the Walmart app for curbside pickup. We try our best to keep others healthy even when we are not at our best. Keeping away from others while having Covid is the our responsibility, your responsibility. Walmart is helpful in this area. We pulled in to the curbside pickup area, checked in on the app, and a few minutes later a young man brought our our groceries and put them in the trunk. No contact with anyone and paid through the app. Also we had medicine to pickup. After getting our groceries I drove over to the pharmacy pickup area, and a young lady brought us our medicine. Thanks Walmart and your employees for helping us during this time. Now I got to go, homemade vegetable beef soup is about done... did I also say I forgot the crackers, so homemade crackers, too.

I am from the Memphis area and had never been to Heber Springs before this past weekend. Of course, there is no trip anywhere with kids that doesn't land you at Walmart, at some point. Typically, I do not enjoy trips to Walmart. I am almost always looking for another alternative but it needs to be said that this Walmart is a game changer! You are not going to believe this but....there were plenty of employees...all of them were actively doing their jobs...WITH pleasant and helpful atitudes and ALL OF THE CHECKOUT LINES WERE OPEN WITH REAL HUMAN CASHIERS!!!! Every single employee we walked past offered to help us find what we were looking for. Every single employee flashed us a genuine smile and engaged us with witty banter and/or helpful tips. Every single employee was present (in every aspect of the word) and pleasant. Every. Single. Employee. Thank you, Heber Springs Walmart, for being an unexpected highlight to our wonderful weekend!!!

Sorry to have to give a low star day to Walmart Wynne, AR. I first would like to say to corporate. I understand the glass lockbox cases do to products being stolen. But you can't find anyone to help unlocking the cases to get the merchandise you need unless you walk all the way back up to service desk center. Why can't you reinstall the customer needs assistance in "______". Like you had back in the day.....lol. In my case this would have been "HARDWARE". To the store side.... Please ask your staff if they are not going to help when a customer stops them 1."That's not my department" as lest offer to get someone who can help. 2."I'm on my lunch/break" please, please have them to remove their tag or vest. Especially when they aren't willing to help the customer. That way they appear to be another customer's and not staff causing us the customer to waist even more of our energy and time. Again sorry to have to blast you guys of Wynne Supercenter but this is what happen to me on this days visit.

Walmart customer service had gone down the drain. What used to be pleasant is now barely bearable at the best. Went to but by a cheap circular saw, went to the register and it rang up 55. The shelf stated 49. I was told I had to go back and take a picture showing the 49 price. If I have to do this much walking i can walk home and order online. Peace love and 😊

Awful, just awful! Most of the employees could careless now. They are not friendly, avoid eye contact and pretend to not hear you so they do not have to help you. They need a different person at the service desk, maybe someone who is at least polite. She took a phone call while processing my returns and said to person on the phone, 'yeah, I will do that when I'm done with this customer.' One employee, I believe her name was Linda, was the only one willing to help me at the self check register, while 3 others just stood around gossiping about another employee and speculated as to why they took off today. Another customer wanted to check out at self checkout and was snapped at to use a different register because she was loading that one, she had three checkouts closed at once looked like she was loading change or something in them. Today is Friday and they know thats usually a busy day at Walmart, and being its morning, the registers should be ready to go, I could understand if it was mid-day. I feel like the store needs a deep cleaning, not just the grim and shelves. It's a small Walmart, I have lived in this area almost 15 years and these past few years this one has really went downhill. They need a manager that's willing to come in and focus on customer service and store cleanliness. I understand how it can be, I worked in customer service field for years, customers are not always friendly or great, but taking pride in your job and how you perform it, that's on you!

It's easy to get in and out and the check out lines are always pretty short or at least they have been every time I've been there. They have just about anything you want or need. This Walmart is smaller than most, but they do have the essentials. This is a very clean, and well stocked store. Staff could be a bit more friendly, they just kinda walk past, and never speak, they are friendly if you engage them, but if you are expecting them to speak first, forget it. There is one man at the door, hes a big guy, kinda older, he is Fabulous, he always says hello, and good-bye, he is always smiling, forgive me for not remembering his name, but you will know him if you see him.

The store has lots of choices, the sign out front reads face masks are required but hasn't been enforced for Months which is irritating. Cashiers wear face masks, many of the customers do not, on my last visit the manager was chatting with customers but was not wearing a face mask. If the sign reads everyone is required to wear face masks then everyone should be required to wear face masks.

First of all, the greeter should acknowledge you when you walk in, especially after you have acknowledged them. Secondly, the staff working the floor either can't or won't help you find anything. They have a great garden center. But I waited almost 20 minutes before 1 of the 4 people working there came to run the register! Several others asked them, then left because they wouldn't check anyone out. I spent over an hour picking almost $200 worth of plants, or I would have left too!

While at Wal Mart you get 1 or possibly 2 employees to look at you or stop they're cart if they are cutting across in front of your pathway. It is such a rude to way of managing business. It is impossible to get anyone to help you. The answer is not my job. I don't have time for that. The one I have witnessed more times than I can count is an employee who puts their hands up and tells the one they have been chatting loudly on the phone with to hold on while the they get rid of the customer wanting something. Albert Pike curbside pickup is a joke! Ordered yesterday at 2pm for pick up at 7-8am today, spent $281 and at 9am I was sitting in the parking lot trying to check in. Called the store for 30 minutes straight and got no answer. I had to find an associate and was told my ordered was delayed. The phone went silent and a woman picked up and said she was a manager named Jennifer. She said I had to wait till 11am when a different manager for there and she'd call me. At 11:30am she finally called and told me there was nothing she could do but give me a phone number to deal with it. I explained to the guy what was wrong and he told me I could cancel the order and wait 10 business days for my money or wait and see if the order processes but that he couldn't gaurantee it would EVER go through bc it was "stuck in their system!" I told him that was unacceptable and he transferred me in the middle of me speaking. The next guy was rude and said there was nothing he could do. My daughter called from her phone and was told that we'd been given the wrong number for support and gave her the right number. So we have a woman on Albert Pike claiming to be a manager but isn't knowledgeable enough to give a phone number for an issue with Walmart system that stole $281 from me and they could not do anything about it. I have been on the phone trying to recover my order or my groceries for 5 hours and as of now the conclusion is that if it's not ready in 2 more hours to call back. Worst experience ever! I won't be ordering from Walmart anymore after their attempted theft and the absolute nightmare customer service.

Now, this Walmart is much better than its repulsive sibling in Pine Bluff. They seem to hold themselves to a higher standard here. Also, the toy section is on steroids. I loved coming here when I was little because there was a much better selection of toys here than at the Pine Bluff Walmart. The only place I think they could improve the craft/paper/office supplies section. Went here to school shop one year, and the selection was pretty slim. But other than that, this place holds up well.

I never thought I had to count my grocery items before leaving the store, but I do if I go to the Walmart in Sheridan Ar. For whatever reason, the checkout personnel charged me for items that never made it into a bag or off the turnstile. I always ask the person if I have everything. She responded that I did. Just be aware and cognizant of this. I am providing a copy of the receipt so the individual can be identified by the store. With high gas prices it cost me to make the trip back to pick up the items.

Waited 15 to 20 minutes no one showed up. My husband saw an employee walk back and asked him if he can get someone for us then the dude said sure. Nope no one show up. Third time I went to ask someone about it then they decided to say we don't have anyone for jewelry. As of June 2022 still a terrible store. The Online grocery pickup is AWFUL. There's been times I've sat in the bays for 30 min to am hour at a time just waiting on them. Oh i won't forget when I called 3 times to check in and they would never check me in. I'm officially done with this store. Self checkout is the demise of this formerly great store. Sam is rolling over in his grave when he looks down and sees several lines of fed up, upset customers who have to wait 20-40 minutes to check themselves out, especially when there was a total of 15 employees watching/working the self check areas. There were 12+ registers closed but available and the staff should be trained to run them. Loss control with self check is causing more products to leave without being paid for. Amazon, eBay, and the other e commerce sites are growing, taking market share as well as Dollar General, fast becoming preferred to Wal Mart.

The walmart itself is fine, but I wouldn't do the online grocery pickup again - the first time they completely forgot some of my items and were rude when I asked to get them. The second time my order was delayed over an hour, with associates in the pickup department visibly sitting on their phones and chatting and laughing. Janikka Perry died on the clock at her Walmart job on January 16th. Despite having complained about not feeling well, she was sent out onto the work floor. She went with a coworker into the bathroom, but was left to collapse and lose consciousness on the bathroom floor. She made several attempts to call 911, but couldn’t get a signal. Even after a maintenance worker heard cries for help and customers entered and exited the bathroom, there was no hourly bathroom check and no response on the part of management. Her family, instead of giving in to anger and grief, began to reach out to local community organizations and advocacy organizations to see what they could do to make sure that tragedies like this do not happen again. They drafted the PERRY Policy with the hopes of convincing stores nationwide to adopt more humane and effective emergency response and employee sick leave policies. The demands are as follows: Paid Sick Leave: -Every person who works at Walmart must be entitled to 2 weeks of paid sick leave, no questions asked. Equal Voice on the Job: -Associates are the experts and must be a part of the decision-making process-Establish a Pandemic Advisory Council made up of employees who work at Walmart stores. Real Emergency Plan: -Walmart needs to establish an emergency plan – developed, implemented, and monitored by safety teams made up of Walmart associates – with clear protocols on what to do in case of an emergency. Rest & Recover: -When an employee needs time off to rest or recover, they need support, not punishment. Walmart employees work hard to accrue their time off, they should be able to use it free of intimidation and disciplinary action. Yearly Reviews with Shareholders: -Associates have a vested interest in ensuring the corporation is running smoothly, safely, and successfully for all. They must be a part of the conversation with Walmart’s shareholders. The family invites friends, community organizations, Walmart workers, and concerned citizens to a candlelight vigil this August 16 at 7 PM. Candles will be provided. All are invited to commemorate Janikka’s life as well as press Walmart to adopt the PERRY Policy at the North Little Rock store (Meeting on the sidewalk across from Church's Chicken.) Rallies and vigils will be held every month on the 16th at 7PM at the same location and others if it is necessary to scale up the number of locations and type and size of demonstrations; until justice is served and Walmart enacts workable, humane emergency response and sick leave policy reforms.

It's our go-to Walmart since moving to Little Rock. For some reason we liked the one in Pine Bluff more. Maybe this one is not so brightly lit. Never had a problem with staff or not finding things or things being expired. Love that they have Bubly water...better than La Croix. Do wish they sold "Milo" though.

I needed to purchase a temporary nose ring... I saw online that Walmart has them... I had a pretty good intuition that they would be in the jewelry section and that's exactly where I went... I literally took my time and walked every aisle and in every case to make sure I didn't overlook them... After I was positive that I hadn't seen any, I walked directly across the aisle to the self checkout area and spoke to an employee named Angel. I asked if she knew where the nose rings were and she pointed towards the jewelry section... I explained that I walked all over the area and that didn't see any; and she pointed towards one of the two walls that the jewelry section has again saying that it should be somewhere over there... She made me feel that she really didn't want to help me because even if she didn't want to/couldn't leave her post (although she wasn't the only employee in that area nor was she even busy, I felt she could have assisted me) she could have at least found someone who could've helped me by telling me if Walmart had nose rings or even directed to where they were...

It’s Sunday at 6:30 pm. The parking lot is cluttered w carts. Thank goodness I grabbed one from the parking lot! As I entered the store, I noticed that a refrigerator adjacent to the Deli is leaking water and causing a large puddle. I mentioned it to the young associate (at entrance), but she chose to disregard the issue. I left the store at 7:15 pm. Puddle still there and now NO carts available at entrance. Young lady at entrance now has another associate to chat with. I offered to have her check my receipt (some items purchased, were not bagged. I understand that getting good help (or ANY help) is difficult these days. But you have minimized Associates, when changing to a majority Self Check-out process. This was crazy. Not normal either, thank goodness. I DO give KUDO’s to the tall, thin, younger gentleman (hair braids) working in Produce! He was sweeping the carpets and then cleaning up the debris, without forgetting us customers. Good job!!

Have not been inside in over 2 years. I usually do pickup. Actually found a handicap parking place that luckily had a cart nearby. Pleasantly surprised by changes. Was clean inside, ALL aisles were marked, & employees were very helpful. Was returning a microwave that had quit working. No hassles as I had the email for the return. Bought another one. Will probably still do pickups because it's easier for me. But nice to know if I do have to go inside again it won't be a problem.

I definitely have a love hate relationship with Walmart since I've been in Arkansas. I enjoy the self check out. I also like how the store is shocked most of the time when I do visit. Honestly, I have experienced several items ringing up higher then the listed price. I have purchased food and found out it was expired several days before I bought it. When I show the workers the price listed in the store the want to look it up online. I'll shop online myself to get the price online. I'm really not understanding why online and in store are not aligned. I also don't like that items say one price and then your charged more then the advertised price. Just pay attention. I started putting those times back and picking them up from a different store, which then makes you end up picking everything up that other store instead of Walmart. I purchased those items in the picture on 4/30/2022 and they expired on/best used by 4/15/2022

Things are pretty clean and the employees, while not overly happy to see you, do answer questions readily and seem to know where to find the most common searched items. If they could just keep the prices from rising like they said they would when they put in all the self check outs I'd rate them higher. Most employees were helpful. One door greeter was not helpful to an elderly gentleman who was trying to get an electric cart but could not get one to go. She just stood and watched as he shuffled away. Another customer got the Walmart worker to help her to get one and the other customer took it to the gentleman. For some reason with every transaction I do with them the item ring up as more then what is listed on the price tag. Be careful, keep a close eye on how much your paying for items because with my experience there are things wrong with each transaction. I have seen it with baby items, tomatoes, corn bread, cooking oil, burritos, the vegetables in the picture attached say $1.98 Big as day but they ring up as $2.48. Prices are great as always. But for those prices you almost get run over by employees pushing towering carts of delivery orders (I seriously get actually hit by one of them about every other visit), employees screaming profanities across isles to their coworkers, not a single non-self checkout aisle open, and pallets of goods strewn across isles making them impassable. If my small business had a cheaper alternative for produce and small mercantile goods, I assure you I would have taken it by now. The only saving grace of this facility is their prices

The store has improved greatly since a year or two ago when last I visited. It is cleaner and I did not notice any merch dropped out onto the floors. Everything I needed was there, and I had to ask for help locating an item and the lady knew right where it was. I did not go into the food section.

This Walmart had a very different layout then the ones I am used to back home but, it was clean and had a very wide variety of products. I liked the self checkout as it was all open layout. Did not spend a lot of time here because I found exactly what I needed and I was in and out very quickly!!

I have been shopping at Walmart in maumelle AR for about 10 years. The quality of merchandise (clothing, home decorating, bedding, etc) has improved immensely! The only complaint that I have ever had is the lack of open registers. Now that the store is being remodeled it would be nice to have a cashier scan my groceries and bag them on occasion. Although the fact that they have installed more self checkouts does help. 😊 Thanks

Don’t use the bakery. Made an order 2 weeks ahead of time and scheduled pick up the day before an event. Cake not ready at the scheduled time and when I called the next day (event day) she said the decorator and the bakery manager were out yesterday and that they might have threw the order out since no one was there to make it…. And for a month they haven't even had the white cake in round, but just chocolate. I asked why was I allowed to place the order and why not contacted about the lack of white cake later on and the lack of the order not being made. She said no one was there to call and that they don’t look at orders until the day of. There were sooo many signs of poor management that I could only wonder about the sanitizing — that I just hung up. Never mind their lack of care or customer service for all their mistakes…. Couldn’t order anywhere else because bakery’s all require 24 hour notice….

I love the new checkout system they have now. I actually like self-checkout. I know I’m not crushing my bread or eggs, and I’m able to watch the price of what I’m ringing up. So I can catch the mistakes in real time if there are any. AND!!!! You can ACTUALLY use CASH at most of the many checkout kiosks. Whoooo-hooooo!!!!

went in kind of late, so I know its partially my fault, but a lot of shelves were empty in the grocery section, but I can barely make it in the store because of how late my job can run so I have to make do with what I can. also I do take it personally when the only thing open are self-checkouts. at that point, I should be able to scan the barcode and checkout with my phone as I shop to save time. digital reciept, no hassle of having to wait on others. has virtually the same security, since in reality no worker at any store anywhere actually pays attention 24/7 to 30 different people using self-checkouts.

The pharmacy moved towards the front of the store. It's almost like an Easter egg hunt trying to shop here only no smiling faces or gleeful outbursts. If you are lucky enough to locate the department you need, don't count in your item being in stock and the DEFINITELY need to change thier catch phrase of "roll back prices." Like everywhere, thier prices will roll YOU over!

We were traveling in the area and were here 5 times in 3 days because we kept finding stuff we forgot to pack! Layout is nice, lots of clearance items. I dont like that they're almost exclusively self checkout but I did like that they are partners to protect the Bartholomew Bayou and provide a nice kayak launch area next to thier parking lot.

The store was nice. Was disappointed with the Customer Service of the Cash assistance. Purchased several items..all from same area. Some were marked the price of the over head and some didn't have a price on the label and rung up 1.00 more. The team member said she could only over ride if it was on the ticket. Mind you they weren't on sale, clearance or anything. When I asked for the manager she said there was not a manager in the store. Now I know that was not the truth. It was 8 o'clock in the morning and she said a manager wouldn't be in until 9. I would have insisted on a manager, but I didn't want to waste my time for a dollar. So I just left the item. I know that was God saying..I didn't need them. 'Which I honestly didn't! Blessed with too many clothes as it is!

My roommate and I went (approximately 12pm), and there were no handicapped carts at one entrance so I walked down to the other and there was one that was charging and the others were being used (I thought), but apparently they were out in the parking lot. Walmart either needs more handicap carts or they need to be more vigilant about the workers returning those carts also.

I made an online order for curbside pickup on this visit. Using the Walmart app it's easy to check in, indicate which pickup parking spot and have my order placed in the trunk. Very fast, no problems even though the store was busy.

The other day I approached a lady at the jewelry counter and asked her where such and such was. She looked at me and kind of snickered, and told me well I don't work here but I think it's over there. We both had a good laugh and I said thank you and went on to find my way. After about 20 minutes of shopping, I stopped to ask a question of an obvious staff person with a name tag, and she was rude and acted as though I shouldn't have bothered her. I know we deal with cranky butts in general throughout our life but I found it eye opening that a complete stranger who was not a staff person guided me in the direction I needed to go and we shared a laugh. An actual staff person that I asked a question of reacted in a totally opposite manner. This isn't the first time that such has happened with associates in Walmart and I'm sure it won't be the last. Seems to me Walmart employees of this store are not happy and the customers know it.

Not too happy with the pharmacy or deli. The Pharmacy: The pharmacy is always busy with a long line or super busy phone lines. If something is wrong with your medication and you need to speak with a pharmacist, be prepared for a long wait or for the phone to ring and for no one to ever pick up. Plus there is no drive thru so you HAVE to go inside and wait in line. The BEST time to go is in the morning. There's almost no line at all in the morning times. You can get in and get out pretty easily during morning times from opening til about 12pm. For lots of day time worker, this is not possible so if that includes you, be prepared to wait, especially around 4:30pm til 6-7pm. They're understaffed so some things can't be helped and you'll need to wait a while. I've had to wait in line for the pharmacist to tell me it'll take 20min to an hour for my medication to be ready. Then I'll wait and do some shopping and come back for 20min to an hour and the medication still won't be ready. It'll need another hour or so. This has happened a few times and I might switch pharmacies. However, the staff is trying their best. Always rushing and working hard. They are understaffed but still remain friendly and cordial. It's not the fault of the pharmacists, They just need more staff members. They are kind and try to help. The deli: The deli is okay but could be better. I tried the chicken tender sandwich with one side for $3.50 (available for a limited time) and it wasn't good. The sandwich comes with nothing but tenders and bread. No butter on the bread and no sauce so it's pretty dry and the tenders aren't big. They are small. I ordered potato logs for my side and they were dry also. The corn and chicken is pretty good though and I'm sure other items are great as well. The breaded wings are sooo good! However, I'm upset because of the rule that you must order 6 or more breaded wings. And it costs about $7.89 for six wings. That's ridiculous to me. I tried to get four breaded wings and was not allowed to because of the six or more rule. They told me the price and I said no thank you and walked away. They know what sells and what's good and they'll charge more for it just because they can. However, the staff is nice overall and is very cordial. They are kind and will help if asked. I would just go to another take out place instead of this deli unless you order specific things that you know are good.

It's gotten more automated. Less personal service. There are still a few older folks working there that are great, but the younger group, in general, doesn't have the best customer service, for a lack of better terms. They keep rearranging the store making it harder to find the things you went in there to get. They are trying to make it where you have to get the app on your phone to do a lot of things and to even get gas now at the 3 cents off you have to have it. The bad thing is they have run all the other decent grocery stores out and that's about the only place you can get stuff stuff here now. Definitely not my first choice to to go!

If I could give a ZERO I would. Just FYI I was informed today no more price matches and NO more Flipp ads.. So they need to remove their ads from Flipp. But no worries plenty more places to shop.. I will never ever darken the door of Walmart! Its a shame you not only have to check their prices but if you get a real checker you have to make sure they ring up the right price. This Wal-Mart store is usually well-stocked, clean, and most items are easy to find. I was very pleased with their selection of small Christmas trees, I needed one for my bedroom and I found the perfect size prelit tree. They also had plenty of ornaments of all sizes and colors, they were very affordable. I'm very happy with the Christmas decorations I found at this store. I stop here frequently for groceries, they always have the items I'm looking for and the staff is typically helpful. The location is pretty convenient, right off of the freeway in a shopping center. The traffic is terrible in this area, but that isn't the company's fault. I'll continue shopping here, and I'll update my review if anything changes.

I love this store as it's always clean and well stocked. I can't give it 5 stars because there's never any associates out on the floor when I'm shopping. If I need to ask for something I sometimes find myself walking all over the store to track someone down. Other than that one gripe it's a one stop shop for groceries, household items, pharmacy, and hair salon. I love that.

It would be beneficial if they noticed me struggling to find something and reached out; however, when asked, they are on everything. They use their apps to tell me the exact location; if I can't find it, they ask me to come back to them, and they'll help me locate it.

Always very busy, parking lot was a mess as usual with few spots and carts everywhere. Found most of items needed in grocery department. Home decor sold out of many items, unfortunately. Cheap cute shoes and casual tees, even some surprising name brand finds in apparel. Beauty department has really gone downhill, selection of beauty products has been shrinking for years and continues to, hair color for instance. Checkout rep had zero personality and paid no attention to bagging, 2 items a bag and tried to bag items IN bags before being asked not to. Never said a word to us.

Mmmmmm. I always thought supercenters were supposed to stay open 24/7/365 a year. Not this one. It opens at 8. And closes at 11:00. They're just ordinary everyday Walmarts to me. Only thing different, the hours have changed a little. Back in the day it was 9 to 9. Or any of the other so called super centers in Pulaski, saline , & surrounding co. Iv heard the Walmart in hot springs is actually a supercenter from a few people. Probably the only one in the state of Arkansas that is an actual supercenter. But its been a while since iv been to hot springs. If what iv been told is true. Or is just gossip. Or rumors. Alot of them don't even have little restaurants in them no more. Just empty spaces in the corners up in the front of the store. Whos idea was it to keep calling them supercenters? Who's idea was it for them to quit being supercenters? Its been years since iv actually seen or been in a supercenter. Why do they keep being called supercenters anyway? When they're anything but a supercenter. Alot of it has to do with head honchos and money im sure. Iv gone to so many so called supercenters late at night only to find it closed so many times iv lost count. And to find them locked up air tight. Not a single light inside the store. Alot of them don't even have lights on in the parking lot. Are there any so called walmart supercenters actually in service? Anywhere? Anymore? Ones that can officially be called supercenters because they stay open 24/7/365 days a year left? I kinda doubt it. But anyway. But there's something else I always wanted to know. And this is with any Walmart. Why is there always so many cashrigisters, more than half usually, up front with no one standing behind them checking people out? Something iv always wanted to know. Mmmmmm oh well.

Well the vision center needs a overhaul l bought new lenses and frames,the lenses are good,the frames not so much.if u have a problem with the frames other than miner adjustments,the employee's aren't allowed to replace them,only the vision center Manager can, and that's only if u can catch her in the store.according to the employee's.i have been waiting sense 7-9-22.i guess it's a good thing I have my old pair?and one employee told me that he would call when she's in the store,so far no phone calls?

This store does not stock a lot of the items that the stores in larger cities stock. I use Ibotta, but half of the items I want to get are not carried. Absolutely no mayonnaise that doesn't have bad oils in them. They did for a while but gone now. Also, no healthy almond butter.

So sorry my uncle interrupted you to make a purchase. Wish I had caught the name of the worker. She didn't seem like she wanted to work the Sporting Goods counter from the moment she walked up and rudely asked if we needed help. We explained that we called last night to check if they had what we wanted in stock and she proceeded to be rude and demanding then pushy getting my uncle flustered (he's 65 with with a heart condition). This worker cost the store more than the sell of 1 item! I would love to speak to the store manager, who apparently was off today.

This place was incredible! We had a horrible blowout on the interstate with a storm coming. Luckily, my terrible donut was able to limp us to this walmart, which just so happened to have a service center, fully-stocked tires, and awesome techs that stayed open for us right when they were about to close. They replaced our tire, fixed our donut, and let us load up all our stuff and five kids so we wouldn't get soaked. This place was such a blessing!

The women's restroom has 2 broken toilets, the Handicap stall is broken and no paper towels, nor a working air dryer ( blows very low pressure cold water,) The drinks ( juices Gatorade and water) are in 3 different places. Last complaint is the employee was on the phone and purchasing her own stuff while I waited to check out. Just a weird experience over all.

I really like this location. The customer service is great, the prices are good, the selection of items in the different departments is always nice. They have a few things you cannot get at other Walmarts in the surrounding towns. I took pictures of a few. This location is the first one I have seen with what looked like a lounge area. Comfy chairs! The store is clean. The parking lot is usually clean and well lit. The management we had a chance to speak to were all smiles, nice sense of humor, and very helpful.

So I cut my finger open trying to pull a part two buggies, I noticed it was pretty deep so I went to the guy at the doors watching buggies as they leave out, this was around 5pm ish a little after. He wouldn't even look at me and just said no, I kind got in beside him so he can see I am freaking bleeding and starting to hurt. He just saying try service desk. He is always rude and seems to hate being there. He gives the kids the creeps, why would y'all have such a being working at the entrance. The older workers are fine but this guy with the really black hair is actually scary to approach.

Great prices and under staffed. When I was a kid I used to love to go to Wal-Mart, back when Sam was in charge. Now mom and pop are pushed to the side to make way for the corporate highway. I get severe anxiety when i have to go in, but the cub side helps a lot with that.

I always feel welcome at this Wal Mart. Was a little disappointed to see some of my favorite juices had been moved from their usual location. Also, it appeared the water was either moved, or supply was short. I think the price might have also gone up a tick. Didn't see my favorite brand of Genteal eyedrops. Generally busy, but the customer service is good. You can usually get what you are looking for if you ask someone who is working there. The return area and pick up is awesome, super convenient. The weekends are usually packed though, so go early if you are planning a trip(easier parking and shorter lines).

Hardly any parking place is always packed. No good deals anymore. Bought groceries recently and they over charged me. Thankfully i checked as they scanned and noticed some items were been scanned twice. Be aware of this cause could be an accident or on purpose you never know. I do like the quality in grocery items. I was with Walmart+ Ordering food and having it delivered to me. I have a Ring doorbell. I’m disabled. I ordered $300 plus food from Walmart. The guy came to the door with some Pampers, a Watermelon, and iced tea. I told him this not my order. I showed him the things I ordered. I told him wait while I call Walmart he took off running down my stairs as I was calling Walmart. Which was captured on my doorbell. I called Walmart they said they will re deliver my item. They never did. I had to call again to get a refund. Which soon after they kicked me off the program. I was told I can’t get back on they’re program which is wrong. I ordered from Walmart. I will be missing small things I ordered like plug-ins, sometimes my veggies and fruits be perished. They get upset and don’t want to refund at times. Have to go through several different people to get a resolution. They are rude. But don’t grocery shop on they website and get it delivered. You might not get all your items or the wrong items. I’ll never shop at Walmart again. I’ll go to other stores. Because when Walmart employees mess up the customers get blamed.

I was there 3 times to buy baby formulas for my baby. No one there care to come help me at the baby formulas section when I called and wait for so long. If no one not going to care about opening the stupid door to get the formula then why bother to lock it anyway. Please train your worker to do their job please. Thank you

5 lanes were open and there were at least 8 people per line waiting to pay. I had to wait 17 minutes with only 2 people in front of me to pay, that is RIDICULOUS! 🤦‍♀️ I understand the store gets busy but that is no excuse for the mess in every department. Plus they were already blocking aisles with pallets for restock and it was barely 8pm, you had to wait and call someone to move it if you needed something blocked on the shelf. There is normally a manager or supervisor in the front of the store directly people to open lanes, but once again not a single person in management in sight. THIS store needs a change!!

I am sadden to write this! I went to pick up an order on Sunday around 9-10am. I ordered a Blackstone grill. I didn’t think it would be as big, to my surprise it did not fit in my car. So I had to call my husband who was very busy working. He dose landscaping so he pulls his trailer. I waited patiently in my car for him to arrive. The employee knew I was waiting for my husband so I thought it was ok to wait. Few minutes after my husband arrives and parks in about 3 parking spaces. He’s not in peoples way or anything. We were away from the pick up door. All of a sudden I hear and see this car come at fast speed by us . I was scared cause my daughters were in the back seat. Then the car makes a u-turn and goes in between my husbands truck and my car and starts honking like a crazy maniac. I go to his car and say is there a problem? He looks at me all mad and says he can’t be parked here. I said why? We are loading a heavy packet that didn’t fit in my car. Guy Is yelling saying we can’t park there to move out of the way. Again I tell him , sir we are loading a heavy package once we are done we will leave. He was very racist and angry. I’ve never felt such animosity towards someone. He could of just said ok! Or do you guys need help, maybe it would be faster !!!! But noooo he was very unprofessional and rude! I’m a good customer who uses pick up and Walmart plus a lot. After these experience I will never go to this location on Kingscayon! Or recommend! This has been the worst experience ever. Walmart should focus on hiring helpful understanding personal! I was about to just leave my pick up items there and cancel my order but I didn’t cause my family / daughters were in my backseat watching me! Worst pick up experience! If I could could have the option to put 0 starts I would but 1 star is the only option I have!

Worst experience ever at kings canyon Walmart! I dont like leaving reviews but i just had too. Lines at checkout were ridiculously long and just two checkout lines open, I went to self checkout, I was told I couldn't use self checkout because I had more than 15 items. The thing that got to me the most was that they have stuff locked behind a glass door, normally you don't see this items locked in other Walmarts, In my opinion that is just ridiculous!!

My hometown Walmart. It got almost everything I need and they always find ways to improve it. Now, this Walmart has its own gas station! Their self check out is amazing too but I give it a 4 stars though, just because the non-self checkout lines can be kind of long wait.

We went in today , its been a few years shopping here due to area kingscanyon road in s.e. fresno , we seen a roach in the boxes of candy bars at check out line. Our cashier was nice- the one star is for cleanliness this store use to be clean yeRs ago maybe managers stop caring that explains the roach problem. Do you want to tip or not there's a lot of substitutes you never get what you order and there's a lot of hidden costs it's nearly impossible to cancel your trial membership most of the phone calls or form to foreigners that speak very little English and have a very strong dialect sound like East Indian I'm very unhappy with the way they're running things and it's just terrible I was charged twice for a 32 pack of the sunny drinking water but they did refund it once I showed them the error or on the the store receipt but overall I'm very very disappointed with Walmart

Extremely long self-checkout lines while an overwhelming majority or registers are closed. The standards for the associates seems to have dropped as well, as the one I asked for help with seemed zonked out of it and had a hygiene problem.

I love all Walmart stores but this one in particular I go to the most bc I live closest to. Prices r always affordable. This one is usually more busy and parking is usually full. Check out lines r usually medium to long lines but self checkout is usually faster even wit a long line. We eat lots of chicken wings and I find it here the cheapest most of the time. 😃😍 Gas prices r cheaper here too.

Ordered an item to be picked up, when I showed up to pick up my item I was told to go to the back of the store to a set of double black doors. Seemed odd because at every other Walmart I've ever been to the item was waiting for me at the front of the store. When I approached the double black doors there's no one to help me and I have to stop an employee and request assistance. Three people later I had my item in my cart. The box is torn up looks like it was been run over by a forklift. God knows how long it would have took if I had to sat in the parking lot and tried to have them bring it out to me. Lots of employees store is very busy, lots of homeless people, panhandlers and beggars. I was asked three times going in and out if I had any money. This is all besides the fact that this is by far the worst online order pickup experience I've had at any retail store. I would have to account it to just pure laziness, they just did not want to bring the item to the front of the store.

I went at 1:15pm 'ish. Store wasn't very busy... but it took almost 10 minutes for someone to respond to the bell for service at infant formula. A few associates walked by but possibly didn't have the keys...one associates radioed for assistance for me... the young man with the key came, retrieved the items I requested from the locked cabinet but had to go answer another bell. I had to wait another 10 minutes for my items to be brought up to the self-checkout.

The associate that helped me made it so easy and so fast I couldn't help but give the guy a hug. And he knows who he is because he's kind of like a big teddy bear. I went here yesterday and did not have a good experience at all. However I returned today and I had a completely different experience. The store was not slammed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would recommend this Walmart and I think they are trying to serve the community and trying to be a part of the solution.

Never enough help. Everything is locked up. Which means your waiting forever to get anything unlocked. On this visit I pushed the button in the paint dept by the spray paint for help and waited 32 mins for someone to come over to paint to do exactly what I did as a customer, they walked over to where the porch n floor paints stocked they looked at the big empty shelf and said, "looks like we're out, sorry". No let me scan the label and see if there is some back stock or secondary location, maybe on a end cap display or when more will be coming in, nada, but I thought I better not say anything I still need to get spray paint that's locked up and when I asked for some we walked back over to where I was when they met me for them to tell me that they don't have a key and as they are pushing the same button I that had brought them over to "Not Help Me" they say that I would have to wait for someone else I mean that someone will be here to help me soon. Lol.

No ones show up and I finally ask the self-check out Hispanic ladies in front..They turned me down without giving an explanation or helps! This Walmart is a joke y'all!

I hate this walmart with all I have. But it's the closest one to me so I'm forced to endure it, haha. Every time I go there's always someone following me to my car or from my car into the store asking for money or donations or something. Walmart isnt the issue, it's the area and the people.. Fresno is crazy.. The store atmosphere is very crazy and at many times I am forced to wait a long time for someone to unlock some sort of case. There is one manager there that is a really cool guy but that's about it.

This Walmart building is a renovation of the old Mervyn's store. This store is smaller than some, but it still has a good variety. My biggest complaint here is that there are always long wait times for purchases and for customer service. The neighborhood is okay, but I prefer other larger Walmart stores in other parts of town. I don't often visit this location.

Walk marts are pretty bad all over th United states and it shows a direct reflection of the company and where they place and take over everything but this.particular Wal Mart I was warned about this place and thinking that all wal mart's where the same in it was busy and there wasnt enough workers anything you besides food was locked up and you had to push a button and a lady would say what department it was at a worker informed me she is not. Key holder for her own department of so I did as a sheep does and waited but I got impatient pushed the Botton multiple times all the while I never hear the arts crafts section called I was shopping on a time limit and started feeling rushed. I found an associate in electronics who paged again and I still I waited. My cousin who I had been shopping with had My belongings. So I had To leave and the only reasons was to match the gold paint marker I had been using for a painting, frustrated I left the only thing I was there for to get my food, my cousin was already at the cashier. I seen so many associates headed to the break room but nobody working they didn't care I guess because of the walmart we were at. I will paint a picture walking I took the bus there and as u walk up there is blue flashing lights looking be like the lights they and no window til the door, I told my cousin that It took reminded me of a prison or people walk to their deaths there is also a cop sitting in his car just a tactic used by law enforcement communities in areas predominantly non white or urban communities. It looked like you needed protection going in its death trap with only the front and back doors I'm guessing but that crosses your mind when u start funneling to the equivalent of 2 doors in 2 doors out in the middle is a security desk. This place was incredibly over crowded the shelves seemed to not be stocked and you could tell the people didnt care about their jobs or helping anyone in a timely manner but I blame the walmart they out this place here ffg or one reason and it was low income and Walmart cares about one thing and its money, not their mission statement or social responsibility to help communities they leach off of. So understandably they dont care about anything but the money and this store showed it. Ok to continue with meeting my cousin at checkout but I had with that place but completely defeated from this one marker I left to my items up front and left to the funnel of 2 doors to wait for the 2 receipt cops to check your receipt. (which btw is not law it's a courtesy to the company. I waited outside by the cop car for our uber when I have to get bottled water. That was a process again. But I discussed how my experience was frustrating and all I seen was an understaffed overworked people who didn't care they probably needed the job so bad they just worked mindlessly like the robot from corporate wanted. As I waited for our lyft a cop pulls up and another and they proceed to the prison entrance and proceed to violently arrest a man who probably cost the company nothing. Because the company couldnt even staff the building properly and locked.sonmuch up and didnnt provide enough keys it was a literally an Alcatraz of walmarts and it showed by lack of knowledge employees and how that walmart resembled a slaughter house or prison. Wal mart and its practices are reminiscent of an era of feeding off the misery of others. They are pretty bad all over the united states hands down but this had a ominous feel of maybe u might get killed. This review wont be anything but a warning that if you being sheep or cattle in a herd and you are not to do anything but buy and leave with the company underpaying individuals who need to be paid to care but they care enough to not lose their job. And then to deal with angry people all day because Walmart won't adequately staff any walmart in the u.s . But they look like they do with the multiple checkout lines not being used. This company offers nothing more than a frustrating experience and no options for anyone and they had this take the#1 spot.

This is a smaller store than most so it has a lot less inventory. Parking is a bit more congested than I would like. However, the store is well kept, and it's easy to get the basics and get out without to much trouble. Lines had about 4 to 5 people per-line. But they only had about 3 registers open at the time plus self check-out.

Great deal in dog food. dog Chow but don't but they don't seem to care about their hand sanitizer dispenser it's always empty I have two small children so I have to bring the cards to my car put hand sanitizer all over it in order to go shopping just to get dog food it's not that expensive to fill up the hand sanitizers for those customers who are still worried about covid

Lots of homeless and sad that I have to get a customer service person to help me unlock items such as tweezers or a charger for my cell phone. Time consuming, but I guess in certain areas, that is necessary because of theft. Anyways, good customer service, but you can tell that the employees find it a pain also. Would give higher points if I didn't feel I was being a pain by asking.

This place is…. Well… Walmart. You can’t expect too much from them. Some of the items that you want have probably been stolen by someone already, so unless you absolutely need to go to this one, then do it. Otherwise you’re better off going to the one off of Ingram, or the Supercenter in Clovis.
