This is the 4th time we have visited this location as part of a or motorcycle vacations. We make it a point to park in the same spot just as part of a trip tradition. This location somewhat disappointed us in this visit. The concrete in the outdoor eating area was filthy. The men's room was messy. There was a big puddle of leakage from the trash can at the end of the drive through. We understand the situation if employees related to Covid. But the owner really needs to hire a company to pressure wash the hard surfaces. The food was ok. The onion rings were a disaster. Burnt. Greasy. Tested like other items fried on the oil. The staff were very friendly and courteous. Next time in the area we will stop again for lunch I'm quite certain.

If I could give them a zero star I would. I ordered ahead on the app. I got there and still had to wait 15 minutes for my food. I ordered 3 things. So nothing too crazy. I get it gets busy. The guy brought my my food listed off what it was and walked away right after before I could say anything about my order not being correct. I push the button to ask them for the correct food which I waited 20 minutes for someone to answer and no one answered. I was on lunch break so I wasted 35 minutes of it waiting for food I never even got. A lady walked out talked to another car and I told her that our orders got switched, she looked at me ignored me and walked away. Service was horrible and I didn’t get my food after waiting for 35 minutes. This isn’t the first time this has happened. I contacted the support and they told me they can’t refund my money. I will not be returning and I’d recommend not going here. They don’t care about their customers and their food isn’t good half of the time along with their service.

I was in stall 13 and ordered a #3 supersized, a #5 supersized, and a #11 supersized. There were a couple issues but david N was great and handled everything like a champ. My order was $35 and I gave him 40 and told him to keep the change. He has the perfect attitude when it comes to dealing with customers. The only thing that was actually bad was that the music was so loud I could barely place my order. I couldn't hear the girl at all and had to get out of my car and get right up next to the speaker. The food was hot and fresh and overall it was a good experience. Excuse my half eaten burger pic but... I was hangry. Lol. I'd like to add, If you ever have any issues, contact MS. CINDY. She does not tolerate bad experiences and will go above and beyond for her customers. That is something I really respect.

After a long drive coming from Mississippi through to Oklahoma we stopped here at this restaurant to get some drinks and refuel. The restaurant was very well-maintained on the outside and the staff were fast friendly and courteous. Our carhop Michelle was so enthusiastic and personable it made the experience even more rememberable. It was my first ever big red drink and a Frito chili pie as well food was hot and fresh and I was very happy with the overall experience!

Not horrible service, but if I ask for buffalo sauce, and I know you have buffalo sauce, I should expect to get buffalo sauce. I have received it at all other locations but camden never fails to amaze me. When I order buffalo sauce and you say you can't do it, I say that's fine, but then you insist on bringing me BBQ and Ranch as if those things make a buffalo. Better than most Sonics in my opinion. Typically the service is good and the carhops are friendly and patient. Very small town feel and always a pleasure to visit. Only two complaints: have had some very unenthusiastic interactions with the staff (not rude just very devoid of life.) On the lower end of cleanliness and some of the outdoor menus are broken a bunch. So far nothing that would stop me from coming back. Thanks Sonic crew!

This place is probably one of the worst sonics to eat at. The customer service is very poor. Speed is about 30 to 45 mins wait and if your order is right then your good to go. They mess up on your order and it takes another 30 mins to get back with you. Seems like the employees always have attitudes and have random food fights right were the customer sees it. I feel like the manager there needs to get them in shape.

The stalls were almost all full when we got there. We did get in a stall quickly though. It took longer then usual to fill our order for sonic blasts. When they were delivered, the carhop apologized for the wait and said she had put extra candies in both the blasts ordered (which she did). Took forever. Coney's were cold. Okay, lukewarm. Cheese was still in shreds sitting on top. We asked for onions... no onions. Ordered a rootbeer, and for Christ's sake it was basically flavorless. So these kids got a full crew and no customer's and can't serve up a decent meal. If there is a worse location around please fill me in on it so I don't screw up and make the mistake of spending my money there!!!!!

Where do I start. We ordered the screen showed our order to be correct. When the order was brought to our vehicle it was completely wrong over half of it was missing and the part we did receive was burnt beyond recognition. We asked to speak to the manager on duty and the little girl Tiff told us she was the manager. Then she told us she could go fix the order but it would cost more we told her to just nevermind. Then when I picked my burger up to eat, the bottom bun was covered in mold. We brought it to Tiff's attention and we asked for our money back. After waiting 21 minutes she gave us $7 back. So i guess we paid almost $13 for a Jr cheeseburger plain and a small grape slush.

Stopped by this sonic to pick my mom up some ice water who was at NEA recovering from an appendectomy. They were every nice and fast with their service. They didn't give me any hassle for just ordering water and delivered it with a smile. Left the carhop a nice too for her time and would recommend for anyone needing a quick snack or drink! There's nothing like a good sonic drink, imo. Thanks for the great service!

I ordered 2 mini milkshakes. They said they were running behind and it would take a little longer. It took almost 15 minutes! Then the 2 milkshakes were so then, you could pour them out like water! I said something to the girl that brought them out. She asked if I wanted them redone. I said yes and had to wait about 2 more minutes for that. Worse visit I've ever had at sonic!

I was on a short road trip, I stopped at the sonic in Salem first. The parking spaces were so tight I barely got my F-150 in the space the couldn't reach the button to order my drinks. I left without ordering. I stopped in Melbourne and got my drinks fast service, great limeade. My server was smiling and friendly. I'll stop there again when I'm in that area.

The only Sonic I've ever seen that has a dine-in area. I've been there about a half a dozen times and every time they've messed up the order. Otherwise good and quick service.

Customer service is some better but that's because some of the old dang are back. Food cooks still needs some more training. Speed is definitely an issue. Definitely still a work in progress. If we can keep Cade Weaver as our full time GM, I honestly believe customers as well the upper management will see a difference. You won't see the carhop slacking off. Too many chiefs and not enough Indians is a huge problem. The car hops that's there doesn't seem to want to earn their tips. They act like they care less about getting the food out. Not very Customer friendly!!!!

The food was very good, but the girl who served me was wonderful, all the time smiling and very kind, she offered me ketchup when I forgot, I will surely come back if all your employees are as great as this girl, for sure she deserves a raise. I forgot her name but it started with K.

I'd give this one a 1 star the food is precooked already and left in a thing then reheated if you look at the food long enough you can tell it's premade there's black mold on the floor which should be potent to have people to be working in black mold can be bad to be smelling for a certain amount of hours precooking food then reheating it back up doesn't give fresh hot food it's giving food that could have flies on it and just sits the grease
