Instead, find other images of what youre looking for and let your artist draw a custom design for you. If you want a blue rose tattoo wrapped around a cross, find images of real roses and crosses that you like. Laura and him worked to make sure we got what we wanted and explained why we didn’t need certain things. I’ve never had an artist spend time explaining these things. I wouldn’t have some hated pieces if they had. Very competitive pricing. I will continue to drive from Springfield to see Laura each time. Won’t go anywhere else.

Needless to say they took care of us even when they were technically closed. Opened there doors for us and made sure we left with the best rememberance tattoos we could ever ask for. A couple weeks ago my sister and I went in for a sister tattoo on our vacation. We arrived on time and didn't end up getting seen until an hour later. The whole time we were there the artist was baby sitting, the baby was crying the whole time. We ended up being there for like 2 hours when it took only 10 minutes to do. This was my first tattoo but i swear she dug into my skin with the first letter. Other than that the rest of the tattoo was easy, the fee was 75$ but since it wasn't straight letters she added another 25$ so we ended up spending 100$ each. After the first couple days it already got infected and started fading, I washed and put tattoo cream on, making sure it was clean and could heal right but the H looks like its peeling off and is just a scar but the rest of the tattoo is doing good. Its just faded and the H is messed up. My sisters is all infected and faded as well. All together not the best experience for my first tattoo. -Marcy and Tony.

I am a seasoned tattoo client and have even got tattoos from this artist but I Went in for a consult and came back at my scheduled time waited almost 2 hours and just got mad and got my money back very unprofessional she treated the man up front like a red headed step child didn’t have any concern for any body else’s time was actually in the bathroom for at least 20 minutes when I left after spending 30 minutes outside 2 hours after my appointment time The entire environment was the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen

The shop dog greeted us on the couch as we waited for our turn. Laura was great. Even after a long day she got me in and worked through the night and did an amazing job. She enjoys what she does and you can see it in her work.

I did have to wait a while to get my nipples pierced but also came in the middle of a busy Saturday and she still found the time to fit me in!! Highly recommended. She is awesome and really doing a great job creating a fun and professional tattoo environment 😀

The gentleman that I talked to lastnight told me that they open at noon on Saturdays for walk ins. My friend and I were there right at noon and a gentleman said that they start tattoos at 1. Not a problem for us so we waited. After 3 hours, the tattoo artist finally walks in and is not apologetic at all. She blames it on her ac guy that texted her at midnight saying he would be there this morning. She did not take any responsibility for her being that late. If you know you are not going to be at the job you work at, or own, you need to tell people so that someone else can cover until you get there or something. Absolutley uncalled for.

We didn't mind waiting. Was told it would be about 5 to 5 and a half hour wait for tattoo. She seemed annoyed with us and was very sarcastic but whatever. She told us it would be 10 maybe earlier but she would call. At 11 still no call so we went up there and were told it would be several more hours by a man at the desk. I get that the artist says its not for tourists now that I read her post but she should have just said no. Instead she took a 20 dollar deposit from us and then we asked for it back because it was going to be about 5 hours later than told and we had to travel and the man at the desk told us no and told us he didn't want to ask her because she was going to yell at all of us. He repeated this 3 times. For a shop that is not for tourists, that seems all she had this night. Just looking for honesty and professionalism. Not here. And the worst part is we didnt cancel out appts but they never called.

My friend who was setting the appointment texted with the shop about what tattoos we wanted the day before and we were all given price quotes via text, which seemed unusual since they hadn't seen us yet, but we were also all willing to be flexible about pricing so we weren't too worried. We paid a deposit of $20 each for our appointments, so $100 altogether. When we arrived, it came up that almost all of our price quotes would need to be adjusted. While we were all fine with it, the two women working the front desk seemed very put out by it. There was a lot of back and forth about pricing, even though we all kept saying that the changes were fine. We also mentioned via our texts that two of us were getting two tattoos, and neither of them had been included in the appointment or pricing estimate. Out of the five of us, one person had only been tattooed once but the rest of us are quite experienced with getting tattooed, so when we were asked to pay up front it seemed unusual (especially because I had been told I may need to pay a $100 upcharge due to the location of one of my tattoos). An hour after we arrived, the artist arrived and we had almost a play by play of the same conversation about pricing we had just had with the women working the desk even though we were being super agreeable about cost. Each tattoo took an extremely long time, much longer than we were anticipating. During the second tattoo, two women walked in to get nose piercings. So in between the next two tattoos, the artist was stepping away to service walk in customers. At some point during our appointment, two people walked in for tattoos. When they complained about the wait (after having paid for their tattoos) the artist told them the wait was only so long because we had added tattoos onto our appointments, which we had told them up front and also were about 3x1 lettering tattoos, so should not have made a massive difference in timing anyway. It was around 5pm (again we had arrived at noon) when it was finally time for my tattoo, I was the last in our group to get tattooed, and was asked if I minded if she tattoo one of the walk ins before me which I said no to. My tattoo took an extremely long time (about an hour and a half) for a 4x4 piece because she would tattoo for a few seconds and then fully sit up to talk to me, one of my friends, or one of the women working the front desk. All of our tattoos took an extremely long time compared to what we were anticipating for this reason. The artist was also extremely heavy handed. My tattoo has remained red and swollen for 4 days now, and my skin in not normally particularly sensitive. One girl experienced bleeding for over 24 hours. Another has experienced extreme bruising over most of her upper arm, far beyond anything any of us have seen or experienced in the past. Like I said, we are all definitely moderately tattooed, this isn't our first rodeo and we know how we normally heal and react to tattoos and this is so far out of the norm. Also worth noting that our deposits did not go towards the cost of our tattoos, which wasn't a huge deal since the deposit was quite inexpensive, but would have been nice to have had communicated up front. Overall, we felt the experience was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. We understand that there can be issues with reopening and due to restrictions due to the pandemic, however we also felt that everyone in the shop was rude to us until they realized how extensively we had been tattooed in the past, the fact that we had paid for appointments was not honored, and the work in general was more painful and heavy handed than necessary and we are concerned about if they will heal well. Going back for a touch up isn't an option, nor would we choose to due to how poor our experience was. This absolutely not a shop any of us would recommend patronizing.

The gentleman that I talked to lastnight told me that they open at noon on Saturdays for walk ins. My friend and I were there right at noon and a gentleman said that they start tattoos at 1. Not a problem for us so we waited. After 3 hours, the tattoo artist finally walks in and is not apologetic at all. She blames it on her ac guy that texted her at midnight saying he would be there this morning. She did not take any responsibility for her being that late. If you know you are not going to be at the job you work at, or own, you need to tell people so that someone else can cover until you get there or something. Absolutley uncalled for.

My tattoo took an extremely long time (about an hour and a half) for a 4x4 piece because she would tattoo for a few seconds and then fully sit up to talk to me, one of my friends, or one of the women working the front desk. All of our tattoos took an extremely long time compared to what we were anticipating for this reason. The artist was also extremely heavy handed. My tattoo has remained red and swollen for 4 days now, and my skin in not normally particularly sensitive. One girl experienced bleeding for over 24 hours. Another has experienced extreme bruising over most of her upper arm, far beyond anything any of us have seen or experienced in the past. Like I said, we are all definitely moderately tattooed, this isn't our first rodeo and we know how we normally heal and react to tattoos and this is so far out of the norm. Also worth noting that our deposits did not go towards the cost of our tattoos, which wasn't a huge deal since the deposit was quite inexpensive, but would have been nice to have had communicated up front. Overall, we felt the experience was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. We understand that there can be issues with reopening and due to restrictions due to the pandemic, however we also felt that everyone in the shop was rude to us until they realized how extensively we had been tattooed in the past, the fact that we had paid for appointments was not honored, and the work in general was more painful and heavy handed than necessary and we are concerned about if they will heal well. Going back for a touch up isn't an option, nor would we choose to due to how poor our experience was. This absolutely not a shop any of us would recommend patronizing.

The whole time we were there the artist was baby sitting, the baby was crying the whole time. We ended up being there for like 2 hours when it took only 10 minutes to do. This was my first tattoo but i swear she dug into my skin with the first letter. Other than that the rest of the tattoo was easy, the fee was 75$ but since it wasn't straight letters she added another 25$ so we ended up spending 100$ each. After the first couple days it already got infected and started fading, I washed and put tattoo cream on, making sure it was clean and could heal right but the H looks like its peeling off and is just a scar but the rest of the tattoo is doing good. Scheduled two appointments for 9 o'clock for very tiny pieces. Ended up waiting a little over 2 hours. The pieces turned out cute, but it was disappointing customer service. Never even offered to refund part of our $50 deposit, which only $25 of went towards our actual tattoos. Ended up being out later than anticipated and had to walk back to our hotel in the dark because all Uber drivers were done driving.

We also mentioned via our texts that two of us were getting two tattoos, and neither of them had been included in the appointment or pricing estimate. Out of the five of us, one person had only been tattooed once but the rest of us are quite experienced with getting tattooed, so when we were asked to pay up front it seemed unusual (especially because I had been told I may need to pay a $100 upcharge due to the location of one of my tattoos). An hour after we arrived, the artist arrived and we had almost a play by play of the same conversation about pricing we had just had with the women working the desk even though we were being super agreeable about cost. Each tattoo took an extremely long time, much longer than we were anticipating. During the second tattoo, two women walked in to get nose piercings. So in between the next two tattoos, the artist was stepping away to service walk in customers. At some point during our appointment, two people walked in for tattoos. When they complained about the wait (after having paid for their tattoos) the artist told them the wait was only so long because we had added tattoos onto our appointments, which we had told them up front and also were about 3x1 lettering tattoos, so should not have made a massive difference in timing anyway. It was around 5pm (again we had arrived at noon) when it was finally time for my tattoo, I was the last in our group to get tattooed, and was asked if I minded if she tattoo one of the walk ins before me which I said no to. My tattoo took an extremely long time (about an hour and a half) for a 4x4 piece because she would tattoo for a few seconds and then fully sit up to talk to me, one of my friends, or one of the women working the front desk. All of our tattoos took an extremely long time compared to what we were anticipating for this reason. The artist was also extremely heavy handed. My tattoo has remained red and swollen for 4 days now, and my skin in not normally particularly sensitive. One girl experienced bleeding for over 24 hours. Another has experienced extreme bruising over most of her upper arm, far beyond anything any of us have seen or experienced in the past. Like I said, we are all definitely moderately tattooed, this isn't our first rodeo and we know how we normally heal and react to tattoos and this is so far out of the norm. Also worth noting that our deposits did not go towards the cost of our tattoos, which wasn't a huge deal since the deposit was quite inexpensive, but would have been nice to have had communicated up front. Overall, we felt the experience was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. We understand that there can be issues with reopening and due to restrictions due to the pandemic, however we also felt that everyone in the shop was rude to us until they realized how extensively we had been tattooed in the past, the fact that we had paid for appointments was not honored, and the work in general was more painful and heavy handed than necessary and we are concerned about if they will heal well. Going back for a touch up isn't an option, nor would we choose to due to how poor our experience was. This absolutely not a shop any of us would recommend patronizing.

The gentleman that I talked to lastnight told me that they open at noon on Saturdays for walk ins. My friend and I were there right at noon and a gentleman said that they start tattoos at 1. Not a problem for us so we waited. After 3 hours, the tattoo artist finally walks in and is not apologetic at all. If you know you are not going to be at the job you work at, or own, you need to tell people so that someone else can cover until you get there or something. Absolutley uncalled for.

After the first couple days it already got infected and started fading, I washed and put tattoo cream on, making sure it was clean and could heal right but the H looks like its peeling off and is just a scar but the rest of the tattoo is doing good. Its just faded and the H is messed up. My sisters is all infected and faded as well. All together not the best experience for my first tattoo. -Marcy and Tony.

I am a seasoned tattoo client and have even got tattoos from this artist but I Went in for a consult and came back at my scheduled time waited almost 2 hours and just got mad and got my money back very unprofessional she treated the man up front like a red headed step child didn’t have any concern for any body else’s time was actually in the bathroom for at least 20 minutes when I left after spending 30 minutes outside 2 hours after my appointment time The entire environment was the most unprofessional I’ve ever seen

The shop dog greeted us on the couch as we waited for our turn. Laura was great. Even after a long day she got me in and worked through the night and did an amazing job. She enjoys what she does and you can see it in her work.

I did have to wait a while to get my nipples pierced but also came in the middle of a busy Saturday and she still found the time to fit me in!! Highly recommended. She is awesome and really doing a great job creating a fun and professional tattoo environment 😀

The gentleman that I talked to lastnight told me that they open at noon on Saturdays for walk ins. My friend and I were there right at noon and a gentleman said that they start tattoos at 1. Not a problem for us so we waited. After 3 hours, the tattoo artist finally walks in and is not apologetic at all. She blames it on her ac guy that texted her at midnight saying he would be there this morning. She did not take any responsibility for her being that late. If you know you are not going to be at the job you work at, or own, you need to tell people so that someone else can cover until you get there or something. Absolutley uncalled for.

We didn't mind waiting. Was told it would be about 5 to 5 and a half hour wait for tattoo. She seemed annoyed with us and was very sarcastic but whatever. She told us it would be 10 maybe earlier but she would call. At 11 still no call so we went up there and were told it would be several more hours by a man at the desk. I get that the artist says its not for tourists now that I read her post but she should have just said no. Instead she took a 20 dollar deposit from us and then we asked for it back because it was going to be about 5 hours later than told and we had to travel and the man at the desk told us no and told us he didn't want to ask her because she was going to yell at all of us. He repeated this 3 times. For a shop that is not for tourists, that seems all she had this night. Just looking for honesty and professionalism. Not here. And the worst part is we didnt cancel out appts but they never called.

I was tattooed here with 4 other friends when we came in from out of town. My friend who was setting the appointment texted with the shop about what tattoos we wanted the day before and we were all given price quotes via text, which seemed unusual since they hadn't seen us yet, but we were also all willing to be flexible about pricing so we weren't too worried. We paid a deposit of $20 each for our appointments, so $100 altogether. When we arrived, it came up that almost all of our price quotes would need to be adjusted. While we were all fine with it, the two women working the front desk seemed very put out by it. There was a lot of back and forth about pricing, even though we all kept saying that the changes were fine. We also mentioned via our texts that two of us were getting two tattoos, and neither of them had been included in the appointment or pricing estimate. Out of the five of us, one person had only been tattooed once but the rest of us are quite experienced with getting tattooed, so when we were asked to pay up front it seemed unusual (especially because I had been told I may need to pay a $100 upcharge due to the location of one of my tattoos). An hour after we arrived, the artist arrived and we had almost a play by play of the same conversation about pricing we had just had with the women working the desk even though we were being super agreeable about cost. Each tattoo took an extremely long time, much longer than we were anticipating. During the second tattoo, two women walked in to get nose piercings. So in between the next two tattoos, the artist was stepping away to service walk in customers. At some point during our appointment, two people walked in for tattoos. When they complained about the wait (after having paid for their tattoos) the artist told them the wait was only so long because we had added tattoos onto our appointments, which we had told them up front and also were about 3x1 lettering tattoos, so should not have made a massive difference in timing anyway. It was around 5pm (again we had arrived at noon) when it was finally time for my tattoo, I was the last in our group to get tattooed, and was asked if I minded if she tattoo one of the walk ins before me which I said no to. My tattoo took an extremely long time (about an hour and a half) for a 4x4 piece because she would tattoo for a few seconds and then fully sit up to talk to me, one of my friends, or one of the women working the front desk. All of our tattoos took an extremely long time compared to what we were anticipating for this reason. The artist was also extremely heavy handed. My tattoo has remained red and swollen for 4 days now, and my skin in not normally particularly sensitive. One girl experienced bleeding for over 24 hours. Another has experienced extreme bruising over most of her upper arm, far beyond anything any of us have seen or experienced in the past. Like I said, we are all definitely moderately tattooed, this isn't our first rodeo and we know how we normally heal and react to tattoos and this is so far out of the norm. Also worth noting that our deposits did not go towards the cost of our tattoos, which wasn't a huge deal since the deposit was quite inexpensive, but would have been nice to have had communicated up front. Overall, we felt the experience was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. We understand that there can be issues with reopening and due to restrictions due to the pandemic, however we also felt that everyone in the shop was rude to us until they realized how extensively we had been tattooed in the past, the fact that we had paid for appointments was not honored, and the work in general was more painful and heavy handed than necessary and we are concerned about if they will heal well. Going back for a touch up isn't an option, nor would we choose to due to how poor our experience was. This absolutely not a shop any of us would recommend patronizing.
