    Tipping is a very nice gesture. But there are no real hard and fast rules for tipping.

  • What Should I Get? And Where?

    Its all a matter of personal taste. You can get whatever you want and whatever your artist is willing to do. You can choose a painting from the wall or have them create a custom piece just for you. The only limit is your own imagination.   • Where Can I Find Pictures of Tattoos?

    If youre getting a tattoo, especially as an expression of your personality, why would you want the same tattoo as someone else? Instead, find other images of what youre looking for and let your artist draw a custom design for you. Example: If you want to get a tattoo of a penguin standing on a glacier, find real photos of penguins and glaciers. If you want a blue rose tattoo wrapped around a cross, find images of real roses and crosses that you like. If the images dont show exactly what you want, just take them to your artist to use as a guide and tell them what changes you want to make to the original images. A true artist will gladly accept the challenge of creating an individual work.

From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out they made us feel comfy and listened to what we wanted and created absolutely stunning pieces with there own creative freedom Last Saturday My mom, sister and I came in for a memorial tattoo for my dad who recently passed away.. Gilbert blew my mind with the tattoo he did on me. He incorporated two of my dads favorite things to watch which was South Park and Harry potter. I am absolutely obsessed with the work he has done! It is so beautiful, clean and badass at the same time!! My sister got a beautiful tattoo of a storm with a compass and gadgets! Seriously, Gilbert did an incredible job on both of our tattoos and the most beautiful lettering I've ever seen on a tattoo! My mom had Mingo do her tattoo because he is better with color and he did such a gorgeous job! She got a beautiful lantern with a lighthouse inside! It is absolutely beautiful and clean! We all had different ideas and ways to remember my dad and Gilbert and Mingo understood the assignment of making what we showed and said into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined! They have now gained 3 clients as there work is absolutely incredible. But, the atmosphere is where it's at with turning an emotional day for all of us into something so fun with music, humor and making the place feel at home! He took a pic of my area & digitally placed the tatoo over my area so that I could see what it would look like. He did an amazing job! It looks more like art instead of a standard tattoo. Pricing is reasonable too. The studio is clean & nicely decorated. Gilbert was very sterile in prep, application & completion. Wish I had found him before I had some other tats done! Will be recommending him as well as using him for any future tats!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary, and her 1 request for our anniversary was to get tattoos on our ring fingers of each other's initials. We didn't have any luck finding an artist to do them as we went to two different shops who were not very helpful. I mentioned to my wife where I got my tattoos 15 years ago, which was Westside Tattoo, and we should check them out. We got to the shop about 3 minutes before they were about to close, and I mentioned that my wife and I wanted to get tattoos to mark our 25th anniversary. Without hesitation, the shop owner Gilbert, who had done my tattoos years back, told me that he'd take care of us. I felt bad because they were about to close, but he insisted that he'd take care of us and not to worry. He immediately took us to the back of the shop, and started chatting with us. The whole time upbeat and not at all annoyed that we came in the shop when it was about to close. He was also playing love songs for us, and was happy to hear we'd been married that long. We were in and out of the shop within a half hour, and it really made our night as this was my wife's one request that was fulfilled. It also made me very happy to see my wife this happy because she was pretty bummed out prior to going to the shop. We really had a great experience, and really appreciate Gilbert taking care of us. His shop hasn't changed as I had the same experience 15 years ago. He was just taking care of his customers and wanted us to have a great experience. However, to us it was much more than that as he was able to help us celebrate a pivotal milestone in our life journey together. We will be forever grateful, and will forever have our business for any future tattoos. Thanks so much Gilbert, you really made a difference for us with the simple gesture of staying open a little later without showing any sign of annoyance, and it was an experience we'll forever remember.

I felt bad because they were about to close, but he insisted that he'd take care of us and not to worry. He immediately took us to the back of the shop, and started chatting with us. The whole time upbeat and not at all annoyed that we came in the shop when it was about to close. He was also playing love songs for us, and was happy to hear we'd been married that long. We were in and out of the shop within a half hour, and it really made our night as this was my wife's one request that was fulfilled. It also made me very happy to see my wife this happy because she was pretty bummed out prior to going to the shop. We really had a great experience, and really appreciate Gilbert taking care of us. His shop hasn't changed as I had the same experience 15 years ago. He was just taking care of his customers and wanted us to have a great experience. However, to us it was much more than that as he was able to help us celebrate a pivotal milestone in our life journey together. We will be forever grateful, and will forever have our business for any future tattoos. Thanks so much Gilbert, you really made a difference for us with the simple gesture of staying open a little later without showing any sign of annoyance, and it was an experience we'll forever remember.

He swapped out my piercings no problem no discomfort, had a fun convo , and even went the extra mile and walked me and my best friend out to the car with an umbrella cuz it was pouring rain. Westside tattoos is absolutely amazing! From the moment we walked in until the moment we walked out they made us feel comfy and listened to what we wanted and created absolutely stunning pieces with there own creative freedom Last Saturday My mom, sister and I came in for a memorial tattoo for my dad who recently passed away.. Gilbert blew my mind with the tattoo he did on me. He incorporated two of my dads favorite things to watch which was South Park and Harry potter. I am absolutely obsessed with the work he has done! It is so beautiful, clean and badass at the same time!! My sister got a beautiful tattoo of a storm with a compass and gadgets! Seriously, Gilbert did an incredible job on both of our tattoos and the most beautiful lettering I've ever seen on a tattoo! My mom had Mingo do her tattoo because he is better with color and he did such a gorgeous job! She got a beautiful lantern with a lighthouse inside! It is absolutely beautiful and clean! We all had different ideas and ways to remember my dad and Gilbert and Mingo understood the assignment of making what we showed and said into something even more beautiful than we could have imagined! They have now gained 3 clients as there work is absolutely incredible. But, the atmosphere is where it's at with turning an emotional day for all of us into something so fun with music, humor and making the place feel at home! Gilbert you run a badass tattoo shop with amazing tattoo artists! We will all definitely be back!

Gilbert performed my tattoo. I told him what I had in my mind & he showed me a digital design. He took a pic of my area & digitally placed the tatoo over my area so that I could see what it would look like. He did an amazing job! It looks more like art instead of a standard tattoo. Pricing is reasonable too. The studio is clean & nicely decorated. Gilbert was very sterile in prep, application & completion. Wish I had found him before I had some other tats done! Will be recommending him as well as using him for any future tats!

My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary, and her 1 request for our anniversary was to get tattoos on our ring fingers of each other's initials. We didn't have any luck finding an artist to do them as we went to two different shops who were not very helpful. I mentioned to my wife where I got my tattoos 15 years ago, which was Westside Tattoo, and we should check them out. We got to the shop about 3 minutes before they were about to close, and I mentioned that my wife and I wanted to get tattoos to mark our 25th anniversary. Without hesitation, the shop owner Gilbert, who had done my tattoos years back, told me that he'd take care of us.
