Most of us dont get hurt, but the beauty of the tattoo and the pride that comes with wearing it far outweighs the pin stick here and there.How about using some kind of anesthetic cream? Such products are really not recommended.

    When it comes to tattoos, you get what you pay for. Yes, there are many people who get tattoos for a very small fee. But look for quality and be prepared to pay for it. Never bargain over the price of a tattoo. This is disrespectful to the artist. Think of it this way: its a work of art that youll wear for the rest of your life.

  • Should I Tip My Tattoo Artist?

    Tipping is a very nice gesture. But there are no real hard and fast rules for tipping.

  • What Should I Get? And Where?

    Its all a matter of personal taste. You can get whatever you want and whatever your artist is willing to do. You can choose a painting from the wall or have them create a custom piece just for you. The only limit is your own imagination. Not to mention, its very imprudent to bring your disease into a tattoo studio and risk passing germs on to others, especially your artist. If you have an appointment, call and reschedule until you feel well again.

  • Where Can I Find Pictures of Tattoos?

    If youre getting a tattoo, especially as an expression of your personality, why would you want the same tattoo as someone else? Instead, find other images of what youre looking for and let your artist draw a custom design for you. Example: If you want to get a tattoo of a penguin standing on a glacier, find real photos of penguins and glaciers. If you want a blue rose tattoo wrapped around a cross, find images of real roses and crosses that you like. If the images dont show exactly what you want, just take them to your artist to use as a guide and tell them what changes you want to make to the original images. A true artist will gladly accept the challenge of creating an individual work.

I took my daughter here to Empire at around midnight after another shop that I had just spoken to on the phone and drove 40 minutes to get to was closed when we got there; mind you, they had said that they would be open until 1 AM! So when we get there at around 11:45 pm & the doors were locked, I called while standing right outside the door (again is only about an hour after I had spoken to them on the phone and told them we were coming) & while apologetic, the lady said they were closing early. SOOOOO, my daughter was really excited and pumped up & really wanted to get her shark bite piercings done. By now, at midnight, I didn't think we'd find another shop open; however when I called here and spoke with one of the owners, She told me that they could easily do the piercings & to come on in! And I'm glad that we did… the shop Isn't in one of the best places in town, But the people are very very nice and accommodating. My daughter is getting her lip pierced twice, one on each side, next to piercings she already had. The lady was very very nice and accommodating and even allowed my daughter to mark her own face to where she wanted the piercings. And when the did the first one and it wasn't in the right place, she even Redid it and marked and put it in the right place! My daughter was a little picky but she wanted to piercings exactly where she wanted them, and the piercer was very very nice and Extremely accommodating. It was also tremendously cheaper than any other places we looked at! Overall I would recommend the shop if you were looking to get a piercing late at night!

I had the best experience with them They have 3 service dogs who will greet you and I witnessed them helping a customer who wasn't feeling good. Those dogs are so smart. These people really go out of their way to make sure each customer is happy.

I asked for the tattoo to be on my shoulder going down by Jennie (the owner) she insisted it goes further up and didn’t listen to what I wanted. She just proceeded tattooing without saying anything and the lines came out crooked and the web doesn’t match up. Also the second spider is just there and not what I asked for. Everything I wanted she said and I quote “wouldn’t look good like that” and insisted doing it her way. The lines don’t match up and I wouldn’t recommend coming here for anything. It’s dirty. Since I can’t reply to your comment I’ll put it here, you didn’t address anything about the crooked lines or how you insisted to do it a different way only a small comment I made after you added another spider. You’re very unprofessional.

Had two tattoos done last year. The owner dug so deep into my skin that caused deep scabbing and all the ink came off. I now have nerve damage in this entire area. She should not be doing any tattoos!! Stay clear of her and this place!

I had Randy do my foot tattoo and gave him a picture to use. I couldn't see what he was doing while it was being done but I was so upset when he was done. Before we started, he asked if he could leave out the last lotus bud since it was so small, I said yes. BUT WE NEVER TALKED ABOUT THIS "SHADING". He tried to console me by saying it will lighten... no it didn't. It's been exactly 30 days. $100 later and a $20 tip and I'm left with this. Can someone other than RANDY help me! This is the picture I gave him and a picture of my foot. Mine tattoo is all black

This place was clean and relaxed. Although my friends and I didn't get the most traditional style tattoos I felt absolutely zero judgement and Cisco was so fun to talk to! They turned out great and couldn't be happier! Very well priced, too.

My dude Marley hooked it up. I went in aimlessly no idea how I wanted it done, only thing I knew is I wanted my pups name on my fingers to pay tribute basically, like asap. Had no font style, placement, boldness or anything like that picked out, just went in and told him I wanted a name and Marley surprised me with what he came up with, was lucky enough to get it done right away. I'm impressed and beyond happy with it. All the artists here are friendly and professional, they respond quickly to messages, their work is excellent..... I can't say enough good about them. Thank you for this.

My dude Marley hooked it up. I went in aimlessly no idea how I wanted it done, only thing I knew is I wanted my pups name on my fingers to pay tribute basically, like asap. Had no font style, placement, boldness or anything like that picked out, just went in and told him I wanted a name and Marley surprised me with what he came up with, was lucky enough to get it done right away. I'm impressed and beyond happy with it. All the artists here are friendly and professional, they respond quickly to messages, their work is excellent..... I can't say enough good about them. Thank you for this.

I took my daughter here to Empire at around midnight after another shop that I had just spoken to on the phone and drove 40 minutes to get to was closed when we got there; mind you, they had said that they would be open until 1 AM! So when we get there at around 11:45 pm & the doors were locked, I called while standing right outside the door (again is only about an hour after I had spoken to them on the phone and told them we were coming) & while apologetic, the lady said they were closing early. SOOOOO, my daughter was really excited and pumped up & really wanted to get her shark bite piercings done. By now, at midnight, I didn't think we'd find another shop open; however when I called here and spoke with one of the owners, She told me that they could easily do the piercings & to come on in! And I'm glad that we did… the shop Isn't in one of the best places in town, But the people are very very nice and accommodating. My daughter is getting her lip pierced twice, one on each side, next to piercings she already had. The lady was very very nice and accommodating and even allowed my daughter to mark her own face to where she wanted the piercings. And when the did the first one and it wasn't in the right place, she even Redid it and marked and put it in the right place! My daughter was a little picky but she wanted to piercings exactly where she wanted them, and the piercer was very very nice and Extremely accommodating. It was also tremendously cheaper than any other places we looked at! Overall I would recommend the shop if you were looking to get a piercing late at night!

These people really go out of their way to make sure each customer is happy.

Everything I wanted she said and I quote “wouldn’t look good like that” and insisted doing it her way. The lines don’t match up and I wouldn’t recommend coming here for anything. It’s dirty. Since I can’t reply to your comment I’ll put it here, you didn’t address anything about the crooked lines or how you insisted to do it a different way only a small comment I made after you added another spider. You’re very unprofessional.
