I had a great experience but I bought a pair of numchucks and left not but 20 minutes down the road they are broken. Shattered at the top where they are held together. Haven't even been able to hold them but 5 mins and they are broken. Drove an hour just to end up with broken product. I turn around and go back and they say they don't do exchanges or refunds so now I have broken numchucks. Haven't been away from the store but 20 mins. Sucks. Check all your products before leaving the store cuz if it is broken and you don't find out til later you aren't getting your money back.
