I used Jeff and it was a HORRIBLE experience. He brought a girl in the room and did her nose piercing after already getting my ink out and ready. He kept talking over me when I was trying to explain a small detail I wanted changed on the stencil, and then argued with me about it. He even called me petty. While he was tattooing me, he touched his cell phone THREE times with his wiping hand. Not to mention, he blew my skin out in a few places. I will NOT be back.
