Make sure that if you go here you look closely at where they mark your ears to be pierced. One of the marks was super close to my face while the other was in a normal spot. I said something and another girl came over and marked them again. I will say they do look good though, and the people there were really nice.

I give this place one star because although the visit and the people were great I went and got my 3rds pierce when I first got it the earring was cut but seemed to small or tight for my ear but didn’t pay it any mind . It’s hasn’t been a week yet and I woke up and my ears were swollen and in pain looked in the mirror to see both piercing were completely in the hole so i tried to put it up but still ended up sinking in the piecing hole (blood was also involved) called couldn’t even get a refund or anything. I could get it repierced here but I definitely won’t be visiting again.

Gorgeous pieces, but they don't last. I've had 2 sets of hoop earrings, 2 toe rings, and on my 2nd anklet from there. All of them bend or break or clasp loosens and you lose the item. There is a reason why they push the year warranty so much - because the jewelry is not designed to last that long. Save your money.

BEWARE! I would give this place zero stars if it would allow!!!! Please save yourself pain and do not go to this place! I went for a simple earlobe piercing and ended up with two holes in one ear! According to the piercer he said his hand slipped causing him to puncture the outside of my ear lobe with the earring in which he then had to remove and re-pierce! Therefore i have a accidental hole made by the piercer! All the trauma to the ear/swelling/bleeding has left me with no choice but to remove the piercing! Called customer service because I couldn’t get a hold of anyone at the actual store manager and customer service basically said that the store had to handle it.

Can’t say enough about Marcie at the Piercing Pagoda. Daughter (9 years old) was a bit timid at getting her ears pierced, but Marcie spent a lot of time talking her through the process and about the care that is involved afterwards. Everything was done cleanly. Located in the food court across from Michael Kors. Highly recommend them if Marcie is there, and you need your child’s ears pierced.

I bought two 10k gold chains, but the only reason I got two is because they had a promotion of Buy One Get Second Half Off they ran my credit twice which I didn’t know with two different companies. Which means I had two different payments. I asked for 22 and 20 inch chains and got a 24 and 26. Just very bad experience, poor customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this place for ear piercing on a child. I called on a Thursday and was told they would do both ears at the same time, as long as two employees were there. I went the following day & was helped by the manager whom stated they do not do both ears at the same time & she would know since she’s in charge. Do not go to this place if you are piercing your yound child's ears. I just left from trying to get my 3 year old daughters ears pierced. She was excited and we let her pick her own earrings out. A nice lady helped us but you could tell she was new and learning. She kept having to ask questions to her supervisors who acted like they were too busy to help her, which ultimately took way longer than what it should have taken to complete the transaction, about 45 mins before we were finally asked to come sit in the chair. By that time my daughter was becoming impatient and started to get nervous. We went to sit in the chair and she started to freak out. The employees just starred at her. They werent nicely trying to tell her that it would be quick or that it would be okay. They just starred. Previously my husband asked if we could pay after the piercing had been done because we werent sure if our daughter would go through with it. We were told no we had to pay immediately. After a minute of trying to get my daughter to cooperate I asked if we could get a refund. We were told no, they do not do refunds. I asked if we could come back another day after she had time to calm down, again we were told no. HORRIBLE, INCONSIDERATE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We took the earrings we paid for and left.

I normally try not to leave negative reviews, however this is by far the worst experience i have ever received. First I stood in line to be helped for over 45 minutes. The sales associate Christina was very rude. She even skipped over me to help another customer. My 4 year old son attempted to sit in the seat as he had been standing for a while she proceeded to tell him that nobody could sit there unless they were getting their ears pierced. There was nobody in line to get their ears pierced at the time. There was even another child sitting in the same seat prior to my son and she never said a word. I cannot believe how bad this service was at this location. I would recommend that you find another place to search for jewelry as this place does not seem to have the best customer service skills. Once again I would not recommend.
