    Pain is really relative. Everyone has a different pain tolerance. However, we are not going to joke with you - it really hurts. Just not much. Some compare it to the "feeling of a hot scratch". But people wont come back for tattoo after tattoo if it hurts that much. Most of us dont get hurt, but the beauty of the tattoo and the pride that comes with wearing it far outweighs the pin stick here and there.How about using some kind of anesthetic cream? Such products are really not recommended.

  • How Much Is It Going to Cost?

    When it comes to tattoos, you get what you pay for. Yes, there are many people who get tattoos for a very small fee. But look for quality and be prepared to pay for it. Never bargain over the price of a tattoo. This is disrespectful to the artist. Think of it this way: its a work of art that youll wear for the rest of your life.

  • Should I Tip My Tattoo Artist?

    Tipping is a very nice gesture. But there are no real hard and fast rules for tipping.

  • What Should I Get? And Where?

    Its all a matter of personal taste. You can get whatever you want and whatever your artist is willing to do. You can choose a painting from the wall or have them create a custom piece just for you. The only limit is your own imagination. As for where you should do it, just keep in mind what you do at work and what social circle you are in. You may want to place your tattoo somewhere where it can be easily hidden by regular clothing.

  • What Is the Best Time of Year to Get a Tattoo?

    While you can get a tattoo at any time of the year, your skin is much more exposed in the summer due to swimming, sunbathing, and just more exposure to the elements. Winter time is really the best time for a tattoo.

  • Is It OK to Get a Tattoo if Im Sick?

    Getting a tattoo when your immune system isnt at 100% isnt the best idea. Youll need your strength and white blood cells to heal the tattoo, and your body wont be able to do that if its already fighting viruses and bacteria. Not to mention, its very imprudent to bring your disease into a tattoo studio and risk passing germs on to others, especially your artist. If you have an appointment, call and reschedule until you feel well again.

  • Where Can I Find Pictures of Tattoos?

    If youre getting a tattoo, especially as an expression of your personality, why would you want the same tattoo as someone else? Instead, find other images of what youre looking for and let your artist draw a custom design for you. Example: If you want to get a tattoo of a penguin standing on a glacier, find real photos of penguins and glaciers. If you want a blue rose tattoo wrapped around a cross, find images of real roses and crosses that you like. If the images dont show exactly what you want, just take them to your artist to use as a guide and tell them what changes you want to make to the original images. A true artist will gladly accept the challenge of creating an individual work.

I got a tattoo there acouple of years ago on my collar bone , I recently had to get it covered up Bc the shotty job done & turns out he went way to deep and left me with scar tissue in the area, fun surprise to figure out once I’m already in the chair of another artist . Thanks so much bro the pain was unreal ✋🏻 Not to mention he went to deep on my sister tattoo as well and she’s having to get it redone after only 2 years😒 Edit : it was the owner whom did the tattoo.

My wife and I got tattooed here this weekend. The shop was really clean, and the staff very friendly and professional. Upon arrival, we were asked if one of us would mind being tattooed by Drake, the owner's son who is in his first year of tattooing. We said that would be fine, and Drake tattooed me. Let me tell you, you would think this 18 year old kid had been tattooing all of his life! We went in with a pretty intricate tattoo ( he said it was his biggest and most intricate so far), and he knocked it out of the park. I highly recommend this shop, and thank you Drake for a beautiful work of art I will carry the rest of my life. You have a very bright future ahead of you.

I almost went to Rose tattoo based off local recommendations. So glad I didn't!! Josh did my tattoos and I can't wait to come back and finish my sleeve! He far exceeded my expectations! My husband who has wanted a tattoo for years now has been to afraid to let anyone finish his sleeve. He was so impressed by Josh's exquisite lines, details and shading that my husband finally feels he found an artist he feels comfortable with finishing his arm! I will only let Josh do any artwork I later decide to add to my collection. He was able to instantly be on the same page with me in what I was wanting and able to carry it through. See you in 3 weeks Josh!

My husband and I have used Josh, Scott and Drake for ink work and I cannot begin to express how happy we are with the tattoos we received! Exactly what we wanted! You guys rock!!!! A special shout out to Drake who allowed me to flinch with the tender side of the outside of my foot!!! OUCH!!!! He didn’t seem bothered at all and it is absolutely perfect!!’ Thanks guys and we will be back!!!

Drake, who is still in his first year - following in his dad's, Josh (owner/artist), footsteps - did all my ink today! Drake was professional, understanding, worked with me (as a walk in) to get exactly what I wanted and did an amazing job! He took his time and was very concentrated on ensuring he did an amazing job! I give this kid 5 stars, the shop 5 stars and ...... the owner, Josh, 5 stars for doing an amazing job on my husband's ink today too! I already have 3 friends who will be visiting them next week for their new ink! I would definitely recommend and can't wait to get more ink done on myself!
