I went to get my tragus pierced we went in and paid and blah so he was showing me piercings to use for my Tragus and they were like ugly spikes and I was like is this all you have and he showed me other ones and I chose one so we went and I sat down and he just went right ahead and was going to poke my ear. So I straight up asked him so are you not going to clean my ear first and he was like the ring is sanitized. So I should have known by this that it was a sign to leave but I didn't. So he punched a hole and tried to put the ring in and couldn't so he pushed another hole and still couldn't get the ring in. At this point My boyfriend asked if the guy knew what he was doing. He starts to say yes that it's hard because have a little ear and he has big fingers. Which a skilled pierce will know how to manage a small ear. My ear isn't that small. I'm sitting in pain and ask while he struggling to get the ring in if he has it in. He doesn't have it in at this point so I was like just stop. My ear is bloody and I was like have you done this before and he was like yeah I do it all the time. I said so I'm the only person who has a small ear then and I asked for a refund. He didn't ask me if he needed to clean it up or say sorry I just got my money and left. It was an awful experience.

I went to get my tragus pierced we went in and paid and blah so he was showing me piercings to use for my Tragus and they were like ugly spikes and I was like is this all you have and he showed me other ones and I chose one so we went and I sat down and he just went right ahead and was going to poke my ear. So I straight up asked him so are you not going to clean my ear first and he was like the ring is sanitized. So I should have known by this that it was a sign to leave but I didn't. So he punched a hole and tried to put the ring in and couldn't so he pushed another hole and still couldn't get the ring in. At this point My boyfriend asked if the guy knew what he was doing. He starts to say yes that it's hard because have a little ear and he has big fingers. Which a skilled pierce will know how to manage a small ear. My ear isn't that small. I'm sitting in pain and ask while he struggling to get the ring in if he has it in. He doesn't have it in at this point so I was like just stop. My ear is bloody and I was like have you done this before and he was like yeah I do it all the time. I said so I'm the only person who has a small ear then and I asked for a refund. He didn't ask me if he needed to clean it up or say sorry I just got my money and left. It was an awful experience.

I went to get my tragus pierced we went in and paid and blah so he was showing me piercings to use for my Tragus and they were like ugly spikes and I was like is this all you have and he showed me other ones and I chose one so we went and I sat down and he just went right ahead and was going to poke my ear. So I straight up asked him so are you not going to clean my ear first and he was like the ring is sanitized. So I should have known by this that it was a sign to leave but I didn't. So he punched a hole and tried to put the ring in and couldn't so he pushed another hole and still couldn't get the ring in. At this point My boyfriend asked if the guy knew what he was doing. He starts to say yes that it's hard because have a little ear and he has big fingers. Which a skilled pierce will know how to manage a small ear. My ear isn't that small. I'm sitting in pain and ask while he struggling to get the ring in if he has it in. He doesn't have it in at this point so I was like just stop. My ear is bloody and I was like have you done this before and he was like yeah I do it all the time. I said so I'm the only person who has a small ear then and I asked for a refund. He didn't ask me if he needed to clean it up or say sorry I just got my money and left. It was an awful experience.

She was flexible with my ideas and was totally willing to change some stuff on her own drawing for my tattoo. I was totally being going to her again! Also everyone in the shop was so nice and welcoming. I know tattoo shops can be so nerve racking to walk into but this place will totally be you at ease. Cannot recommend more!

Me and my friend went in for piercings. The piercer hit on my friend and later we were told the jewelry wasn't to standard at another shop. My peircing ended up rejecting and my friend's doesn't have the right size for standard jewelry.

I've only been once, but I loved it. I was a walk in and wanted my septum pierced, and had a rather nervous apprentice do it. That might turn some people off, but I personally believe people only learn their craft by being able to practice it and I don't mind being a guinea pig. While it was a painful piercing (a personal thing) the staff was incredibly caring about the process and gave me all the time in the world to feel comfortable during. It's been a few days since the piercing and theres nothing wrong and the pain is gone! Very affordable price, lovely atmosphere, defintely coming back for a tattoo at some point!

Their work is good butcthey were booked , their artists were literally standing around not doing anything. So we have to drive about 30 miles Wednesday to do it instead of being able to last night . Really irritated considering my tattoo probably would have taken 15 mins and there were QUITE a few employees just walking around and not doing anything at all.
